The location was amazing. Walked everywhere we wanted to easily. What a beautiful city. Definitely come back again. Suite was huge. An older hotel, so didn't expect perfect condition. Comfortable bed and pillow. Clean. The bathroom was large. Breakfast was good, including gluten-free options. Parking onsite. A lift takes you down in the car.

It was fine for us, but some cars that are wider than ours would find it difficult in the lift, but measurements are given online. Check first or use a public car park. Hydro shower.. couldn't get it to work, but not a problem with normal one. Slippery, though, inside the shower. Only 1 night, so I didn't ask about hydro.

Very close to the city centre without breaking the bank, the complementary coffee and tea resupplied every time they cleaned the rooms, the heating system was on point. A number of small quality of life details that made it better.

There were small things, leaking pipe in the toilet, paint stains and marks from furniture or overuse on the walls. General wornout of the place, a little tlc would do wonders.

Location is great. The hotel is very quiet and staff are very nice and helpful. Room was very clean. Accommodation is more than great for a couple of days. Good spacious bathroom with sauna working perfectly.

Breakfast is good, but some things could be improved: having for instance simple porridge, instead of kellog's sugary packed option. The room has AC but it in not very efficient to cool the room. Mattresses could be a bit softer. The room hall needs a painting (preferably in a colour other than white).

The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was great especially the shower it was fantastic. Breakfast was really nice.

The room we had was overlooking street and unfortunately was quite noisy during the night. Also found temp in room was too warm for us so didn't sleep well .such a pity as everything else was perfect.

Location was near to Plaza Mayor and amenities. Minibar to use if needed & breakfast choices were good. Spacious room.

Parking was underground, however the car had to enter into a lift. Perhaps this could have been more detailed in the parking section. For example a larger car might not have had space to be in it.

Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was located just outside the main historic centre, but only a 10 minute walk to the cathedral. We liked being away from the hubbub of the centre at night time and the area around our hotel was quiet and safe. The breakfast was a buffet and worked really well for us as vegetarians.

Breakfast was great. Staff friendly and gave excellent service and help. Beds very comfortable . Room clean. Beds made daily and rooms kept tidy daily. Location quiet. Close to beautiful park and short distance to centre. The service from the staff was excellent.

Location is a short walk from the main square. Parking in the hotel garage with a car elevator was easy and practical. Room was spacious and has a coffee machine. It is a boutique hotel with great value for money.

Location and parking with direct access to the hotel were very convenient. Room was very comfortable.

The checkin process was kind of awkward because there was no parking in order to walk in to the registration desk for check in. I had to wait driving around at least half hour waiting for a spot and then wait for my turn to enter the hotel parking. Maybe, allowing guests with confirmed parking reservations to park in the hotel facility might help the checkin process a lot. Finding a “clean” folded stained face towel in the bathroom was not a good first impression walking into the room.

Good location for walking into city centre. Convenient parking in hotel basement. Good breakfast

No AC during our stay !!! One window which opened into a central atrium. Expensive additional fee for a pet.
