The apartment is modern and very central, as it is located very close to Plaza Mayor and Casa de las Conchas. Perfect for a family, with all that is needed for knowing the city, cooking for your family (the appliances were all from Balay), and resting comfortably. Despite being in the city centre, we had no issues with the noise. The bathroom (as the rest of the apartment) was very clean and the tub is accessible for people having difficulty moving, as the doors open almost entirely. The kitchen has been cleverly designed, and we were provided with all the necessary materials to cook and also to wash dishes (even the soap for the washing machine). Also, a word of thanks to the staff, as we had an issue with the garage (our car is too big for it), and they promptly refunded us for not using it. To repeat in the future.

The street where the apartment is located is not accessible by car, which makes it harder to carry the bags for those who travel by car. There is a garage relatively close yet bigger cars may have difficulties parking. The lobby of building has 3 steps which may difficult carrying heavier bags.

Great location in old city. Entry to building wax with virtual key which was interesting but worked a treat. Apt was comfortable but a bit quirky. Close to all the sites in such a stunning city. We even had the Easter procession come down our street!

Not negative points but to be aware. Kitchen sink is in a corner, bathroom is small so position of toilet is awkward and no kettle. Just a coffee machine with 2 pods only for a 3 day stay!

The location was excellent, could be a bit noisy as you are in the middle of the center of Salamanca but the blinds help. The apartment was super clean and comfortable.

Nothing, overall it was a great stay. The elevator was broken at the time so we had to go up with the suitcases one floor, not that bad but could have been a hassle for other upper floors. Also, the smell for the other apartment, as when cooking went into the unit, as we were cooking. Probably bad ventilation.

The whole apartment smelled extremely strongly of cigarette smoke when I arrived and it lingered for the whole weeks stay which was the only downside. It was as if the previous guests had literally been smoking in the room, even opening the windows and airing out the properly didn’t get rid of it

The central location meant that everything was in walking distance. The apartment was really clean & lovely. Comfortable bed & great shower. The staff were very helpful when I had a problem. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a problem with my phone which meant that I was unable to access the internet - this doesn’t sound like a much but it meant that I was unable to work out how the electrical appliances functioned as all handbooks were via a QR code. Also the virtual keys to gain access to the apartment. I would recommend that they have some actual documents on site for duffers like me! Also it was advertised as having parking - this was hellish to find, as it was at a sister hotel & cost was €15.50 for overnight until just after midday. Also it was really difficult to access & due to the small size & lots of pillars it took me the best part of 10mins to negotiate a way out!

The partment location is exceptional! we couldn't ask for a better location. near to the old part of Salamanca with all the main points of interest at your doorstep. Amenities were excellent, comfortable, and everything was very clean. If I am ever in Salamanca again, I now know where to stay and will be recommending it to all my friends. Fabulous stay!

Everything! the city is beautiful and the apartment was excellent in a fantastic location

The location is perfect. Room is large, bright, fully equipped (even an ice tray). Really comfy bed.

Communication was a challenge - no answer at WhatsApp phone #, responses through Booking.com messaging & WhatsApp took hours, so we didn't know where to park & wasted time in this lovely city, just sitting in our car. Gaia wouldn't budge on check-in time (which is 4:00, very late to begin with).

I was very satisfied with my stay! The place is beautiful, well-organized, and very well located, close to several interesting attractions and with easy access to great restaurants. A big plus was the possibility of bringing my pet, which made a huge difference in my experience. Moreover, the staff was always very helpful. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!

I didn’t like the extra fee for allowing pets.

Great location in the center of Salamanca very near Plaza Mayor. Everything easily walkable. Main bedroom was very comfortable and quiet. Very clean!

The second bed wasn’t made up for us even though we booked for three people and two beds well in advance. However, the bedding and extra towels were all stored in the sofa so that we were easily able to make it up ourselves. The stairwell smelled strongly of cigarette smoke several times, making me think someone was smoking in the stairwell.

excellent location, close to Plaza Mayor; apartment is very nice and comfortable

the only thing was the coffee maker. there is a very good but uncommon coffee maker with uncommon capsules that cannot be found at a regular grocery store. we stayed at the apartment for 4 days with only 2 coffee capsules and no other coffee machine. I would suggest adding a regular Italian coffee maker or giving more capsules, for each day of the stay. also, I was in Salamanca for a conference and needed an iron to press my work clothes after my long flights. the apartment does not have one. parking is about a 6-7 minute walk.
