Katrina is a very friendly and helpful receptionist. She gave us a local map and told us where places we needed are located. Such a wonderful location with local buildings such as a school, dance and music studio etc nearby. So you feel you are in a locals area and not totally a tourist area, yet you are right in old town. The room is very comfortable, warm, lots of light through the 2 windows. Bed and shower are awesome. Lots of space to put your clothes and food. Kitchen has the basics. No spices, condiments, cutting board, spatula and only a small fry pan. We did not have to ask, they just brought us more toilet paper on day 3. We were very comfortable for 4 nights here. We would totally recommend staying here.

parking was easy the bed fairly comfortable although the pillows were very uncomfortable one long sofa style pillow for 2 people was just most uncomfortable

there was nothing much not to like for a studio apartment. we had to request for kettle and ironing board they dont supply tea and coffee but overall it was good

Excellent value for money. Was a seamless stay. Reception were fantastic. Room was simple and spacious. Had more than everything that we needed. Location was brilliant, 5-10 mins away from everything you'd like to see.

The only real issue we had was the 1 long pillow, not the most comfortable but could put this down to preference. Walls were a bit thin but this wasn't a problem when it came to going to sleep. Shower dripped a bit after use. Parking was a bit tight.

Bare minimum of cutlery in the kitchen, 1 airco in the living room is for the whole aparyment. It was ok for us, but if it was a heat wave, it could be a problem.

Staff were super friendly and spoke very clear Spanish which was great for me to understand (I spend summer in murcia and it’s not so easy to understand everything there!) nice street view from the windows

There was a climate control display but we couldn’t get the temperature to drop

The location was very good. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful and efficient. The apartment was near everything and still very quiet.

Nothing to really complain about. If I had to to be picky I would say the shower head wasn’t strong enough!!!

Great location. Nice welcome at reception. Super for walking around the stunning Salamanca. Spacious. Comfortable beds. Well equipped. Could easily cool basic meals here … fridge, mini oven, microwave, hob. Lift from the underground parking to the apartment. Secure.

The host was quite helpful with our late arrival. We made arrangements to get the keys after reception was closed and everything was smooth. The apartment is dated, sure, but big, clean, and more than adequate for the excellent price.

Good location, walking distance to most of the sights.Spacious apartment, sloping roof with windows on ceiling.Good to have microwave n small oven to use. Staff very helpful n friendly, allowed us to leave luggage after check out for few hours before our bus.

A kettle for boiling water for tea would be more convenient.Had to use microwave to boil cups of water! No knives provided, only forks n spoons.Curtains rather worn out. Would have been good if providef with sachets of teabags or coffee powder.

The location is perfect. Easy access when driving to get there and close to a lovely park with great playground for our daughter. Then walking distance to all of the old town whilst not beside any bars so noise not a problem at night.

No coffee machine but a small detail as plenty of great cafes close by!
