Top location. I got what I booked. The photos from the room are correct. The staff informed me ahead that we were booking a room without kitchen facilities. Easy communication and fast response through whatsapp.

The information in booking.com is not correct. 30sq.meter...suite... In reality you have 5sq.meter with the bed in the middle. Plus the bathroom and the entrance, as shown in the photos. You have to step over your luggage. But I saw the room is very small when we booked it. On the website from the property they call it a standard room, not a SUITE It is on the 3th floor and you need a lot of patience because the elevator is the slowest ever. The terrace has no view,unless A/Cs (wich we also knew before booking)and there is a pungent smell, probably from the nearby restaurants. This review is for information, not a complain. We knew what we booked. We took the room with terrace because I smoke.

The wifi was complimentary, no extra charge The breakfast solution is excellent, with a voucher for a breakfast of your choice at a great bar twenty yards away. The car park. four minutes walk away, is a fantastic solution, with a mobile app that will give you the ability to open the gate via a bluetooth connection. The best things those were the outstanding location and the great communication with the host on whatsapp, best stay ever!!

Everything was excellent!

The central location of the apartment was great for exploring the old town. Entrance was via pin code / key card, which worked great. Could not fault the facilites provided, which included a fridge. Would recommend visiting the bell tower of the old Cathedral and an evening meal at Cafe Bar River 1973, a short walk away.

Not much. There was a note on the windows requesting that these not be opened, which seemed a little strange, but not a major issue.

Very clean, in downtown so close to everything, perfect location. They have enough towels, enough toilet paper, it’s really easy to get to the room, no need for middle man, the breakfast is really good, big shower, lots of plugs, so pretty good.

There’s no restroom door and I would add a Smart TV, there’s no hooks to hang the towels but you can find your way around, just minor things, over all it was really good.

The property was just off the Plaza Mayor, so couldn’t be more central. It overlooked the Plaza gardens, which was lovely. The windows did a good job of soundproofing noise from local restaurants (plus I wore earplugs! I suspect this helped!). Apartment was absolutely spotless, very comfortable bed. Communication was via WhatsApp, but responses were immediate. Staff could not have been more helpful. My son lives in Salamanca, and I couldn’t stay in my usual place, but I will definitely come back here. Prices off season were excellent ☺️

The location is fantastic, just a few steps from. the Plaza Mayor. The room was super quiet and very comfortable. The facilities in the room were excellent. The staff responding quickly to messages sent and the contact less checkin worked well.

Located in the historic part of the city, very close to the main square, this flat offers a very convenient stay. It is compact but has all necessary amenities.

Communication with the host/company was very inefficiënt. They've send more than 10 messages with 'instructions' in all languages, but ours (and you have rather nicer things to do on holiday than sifting through all these messages). Breakfast info was missing and when you ask for it, also incomplete.

This was an amazing location. Just meters from the Plaza Mayor and yet there was no noise at all to disturb us. The room was great, small but perfectly adequate. Great for a city break. The parking was super easy with an app and easy to park and close by. Staff were excellent and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Nothing to dislike.

Fantastic location near to the centre. The shower was excellent and overall it provided good value for money. The check in was handled perfectly in advance with code entry.

The room was on the small side. I was on my own but 2 people sharing would find it a little tight.

Clean, comfortable, centrally located with everything you could need.

Being close to the Plaza and town centre there is a lot of noise from people at the restaurants and walking past of Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun nights.
