The beds were very comfy, the room was spacious, the light intake (or blocking of it) was amazing. Liked how easy it was to regulate the light inside of the room. Everything seemed clean and it smelled good. The breakfast was great and tasty. Every time we had to talk to staff or the help line they were very understanding and helpful. Located in an amazing spot, right in the city center and near everything and a close walk to the bus station! The inside of the building is quite nice, even if the rooms are on the simpler side. Everything worked as it was supposed to and the online check-in was surprisingly simple, even though I do like having/prefer an in-person check-in and check-out.

You could hear pretty much everything happening inside other rooms, check out was confusing and contradictory, there was a paper on the desk stating to put the key card there (under the paper, on the desk, in some drawer? very vague), yet on the help section of the tablet (put just above the table), it said to leave the card inside the room where we had found it.

Bedroom bathroom, bedding and towels were all clean. The hotel was fairly quiet but you can hear the neighbours through the bathroom wall. We had a nice little terrace at the back but it had no seats or table so only useful for hanging out towels and laundry to dry. The contactless check-in process is a bit elaborate but it worked fine for us. Lift was handy. Location is superb.

Pillows were a bit old and lumpy. There's no proper kitchen counter surface.and it all felt a bit squeezed in but we were glad to have the convenience of a sink and hob so it was a happy compromise

It was right in the heart of the city centre, close to everything. Providing car parking was also a bonus and it wasn’t far at all from the property. The room was fine, albeit a bit overcrowded with large furniture, it was clean, sufficient for a short stay, beds were comfortable

We couldn’t get the bath shower to a temperature that we could shower under, it was so hot, we tried everything but gave up, so couldn’t shower. Also the shower is over quite a high bath and there are no grab rails for safety.

Amazing location, with a view of the cathedral. The rooms are cozy and our room had a balcony with a good amount of space. The kitchen was also equipped with a good amount of kitchen supplies. We had an issue with included breakfast, but the customer service was very professional and we solved the issue amicably.

The online check-in process is a bit of a pain. I used an IOS device and it gave me a lot of issues. But, nevertheless, after entering our data, we got to our room with ease

Location, location: in the middle of the centre! Close to Plaza Mayor. Checking in and accessibility is easy if you read the manual carefully. Reading the reviews we expected a somehow noisy stay, bur it was very relaxed even while it was weekend..

It was a bit hard to find a parkingspot in the proximity but we took or bikes and could park them in the ‘lobby’. Very convenient!

Its location is quite near Plaza Mayor and todos attractions. There is a small kitchen with tableware and a fridge, and a microwave oven so I could make meals.

There is no staff there cause everything is done online but during my 3-day stay there, one time I couldn’t open my door and I had no WiFi. Though my problem was solved through WhatsApp, that moment I was scared.

it was a warm, quiet and well localized place, very clean. Prety near to the Plaza Mayor (about 30 meters) and the others famous places to visit in the historical center, you can stay there and walk atound all historical downton without car.

We cannot have access to the property by car, and with lugage it’s a little bit hard, we also does not have someone working to receive us and talk at the phone they does not provided great info to us.

Place is in a strict city center , batroom in the room could be renovated a bit but it was overall good for one night. Big plus for accepting dogs , only disatvantage was that there is no acess by the car to the hotel. So we had to park the car in nearby hotel parking and carry our bags to the hotel.

The room was a rustic style, very clean and spacious for me and my father. There was some natural light and ventilation from a back window, and the air conditioning worked fine.

The virtual key was a little tricky at first, but worked fine once we understood the procedure. The room was a little noisy from AC units outside the window. My father (80 years) had some difficulty with the shower in the bathtub, high step and slippy.

It has a good location (everything in the old city is for maximum 10 minutes walk). They have self-check-in and they give smart keys for the room.

The bed is a bit short. There is no hot water in the morning. I messaged with two employees: the first one responded really slowly and only in Spanish (if I wrote something in English I didn't get an answer), the second one spoke English well and gave us a prompt response.
