A comfortable hotel in the city centre, I mean very much in the city centre, everywhere is within walking distance. McD is just next door. And there's a lovely coffee shop next door too and I got a discount voucher at the coffee shop for staying at this hotel. Staff is very nice, not English fluent but they try to help. Room was very cosy, with a classic vintage feel. Wifi is sufficient, not too fast. There is a lift from the reception to all floors, but from the entrance to the reception there are some stairs, if you have a big suitcase please be prepared. Very comfortable for the price offered, very satisfied staying here. Thank you!

nothing, all is perfect enough

The hotel is perfectly located, right next to Plaza Mayor. The parking is 5 minutes away and the price is EUR 15/night, and can be accessed between 9 AM - PM. We recommend to get in touch with the hotel beforehand to get its exact location as the hotel itself is in a pedestrian area. Also the parking access is quite narrow so make sure that you have a small car and/or are a very experienced driver :)

I recommend to install a heating system in the bathroom; other than that the room was very clean and confortable for its price.

Hospedium was an ideal accommodation since it was at the center of everything. The best restaurants were a few feet away, the fun parade literally made its way in front of the hotel and it was a few steps from all of the action at Plaza Mayor. The staff was very friendly and the room/beds were very comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The biggest negative I could say about my stay had nothing really to do with the hotel or its staff. It was due to the guests next door to my room who decided to smoke, something not allowed at the hotel, in the middle of the night, so that my room filled with smoke nightly and woke me up. I only said something to staff the last day of their trip, so there was no need to attempt to fix the situation. The only other thing is that it can get loud with bars near by staying open all hours of the night. This didn’t bother me but it might some, so bring your ear plugs.

I was confused about the “parking available” as I could not get to the location on my motorbike…..using maps stuff. It’s not one you can drive straight too. No real problem as parked up and walked…..and I could have asked the hosts (who do have some parking available). Still loved my stopover tho.

Location location location! Really, the location of this beautiful hotel is just fantastic. It's a charming old building, with an amazing, super friendly and very helpful staff. I booked a single room in the back of the hotel, which was small but very comfortable. Wifi worked perfect, hot water from the shower, little fridge in the room to keep my water cool, and good working airconditioning, which was a big plus during the hot sultry summer days I stayed in Salamanca. I also had a nice balcony. I loved my stay and even booked an extra night because I didn't want to leave. Salamanca is a wonderful city and I can highly recommend visiting. I'm already looking forward coming back! Note: The hotel does have an elevator to the rooms, but to enter the hotel and reception area, you have to walk up the stairs. So do take that into consideration if you're not mobile or carrying heavy luggage.

The check-in experience was very good. I received a WhatsApp message from the hotel to confirm my arrival time, and they were very accommodating from the start. The hotel having air conditioning is another great aspect of my stay; I was able to return to a comfortable room to sleep after having been outside in the summer heat all day. The location of the hotel couldn't be better! It is right off the Plaza Mayor, and very close to most of the main tourist sites. The café next door was amazing, and I was surprised to receive discounted breakfast there from the hotel. All in all, I was very happy with my accommodations and my stay in Salamanca was fantastic.

One thing to note, is that to enter the hotel you must go up a flight of stairs. I didn't ask about accommodations for elderly guests or guests who use a wheelchair, but I would think they would be available.

The location is great, walking distance from the city attractions. The building is right on the city square with all the bars and restaurants. Nice staff and the welcoming person helped us to get to the parking place

It was very difficult to drive to the place as the navigation to address wasn't easy at all. The welcoming person had to go outside and then we followed her to park the car. Also the street was kind of closed so we had hard time driving through the walking streets. It was a nightmare to drive in this part of the city. Maybe it was due to Sunday, I don't know really

Great location right next to the Central Mercado & Plaza Mayor. I had a quiet single room on the 3rd Floor with air-con which was needed during the day. I used the discount voucher offered for the Bakery 2 doors away and the breakfast options were excellent there, including takeaway for my train trip to Madrid.

Entrance stairs were steep and awkward to navigate with a suitcase.

The owner / manager was AMAZING! Helped us with all questions, assisted my parents and I with our suitcases and even helped me park the rented car. Can't wait to have a chance to stay there again. Room was clean, shower awesome, nice and quiet for being so close to La plaza mayor.

Can't complain... I stayed one night after flying from the U.S to Spain and got the rest I needed to continue traveling.

Location is just metres away from Plaza Mayor. Even though is was so close to the main square you could not here the noise from it. The bed was comfortable and the heating when it got going was good. Small fridge in room.

I could not see a lift and there are four floors. Not really a problem for me, but if you are not so mobile and on floor 3 or 4, it could be. I was on the fourth floor and I think the water pressure in the shower was not as good because of this.
