Giving a 10/10 cause the concept rocks and don't want to influence your score. But do want to give feedback on the the door to the backyard that doesn't completely close and the bathroom light isn't really bright. Besides that, shower was amazing, it was clean, I was supported very well by the hosts online. Thanks guys!

The location was phenomenal, two steps from the main drag, a hop-skip-and-a-jump from the cathedral. I liked that there was no staff, which made the stay feel more private/independent. Everything was clean. I had a "private room," which was actually a room with two sets of bunk beds (a normal hostel dorm room) except I was the only person staying there--a little weird, but it worked just fine.

The system of keys was a bit onerous. I had a "private exterior bathroom," so a private bathroom that was accessed through the hallway, and I had to unlock it and lock it with keys every time, which was kind of cumbersome. Note to management: the shower on the floor where rooms 11/12/13 are leaks a lot from the bottom onto the floor.

The room is clean, beautiful and really in the center of the city. The cleaning service was perfect. Our window was to the courtyard, so it was a calm place. The furniture is good and stylish.

It would be nice to have at least one shelf in the bathroom. There is no table. And also the bed was too soft for two, so I was always sliding towards my husband. And the advertised sound isolation isn't the best.

We stayed here for one night as a group of 14 people. The accommodation was really nice and cozy. It was also impeccably clean. There was a common room available which was great for our group to sit and enjoy time together. We found here the comfort we were looking for and recommend this hostel for short stay’s. We also appreciated the self-check-in system because we could arrive at any time. There was a problem with access to one of the rooms though. But we called the reception and they solved our problem very quickly.

We missed a small table with chairs and a wardrobe in our rooms. The electrical locks on the doors has a low battery which was a little bit uncomfortable. When we were leaving to explore the town we were scared that the doors won’t open later.

This is my second time staying there, its on the centeral location. Rooms are literally looks like the way it is on the photos. So clean, so cozy.

I didn’t like the smell of bathroom, but its not a big problem as long as you keep door close. And there was no hairdryer for after shower.

There was no hairdryer in the room or when asked in reception, which I believe is a basic and could be improved. Although it’s just a minor inconvenience.

Location - right in the centre of the old town, the tourist district, unbeatable location Automated check-in - Check-in is via online platform, they then send you a code to the door, efficient and fast, as long as you follow the instructions Space and privacy - I booked a single room (converted from a 4 bed dorm) for the space and privacy, and that’s exactly what I got. Facilities - nice shower and bathroom, there’s a fan in the room for hot weather

Lack in personnel - there’s only housekeeping onsite, if there’s any issue or needing support, you will need to contact operations via WhatsApp. Luckily I didn’t have to contact them…

Location and comfort

It was frustrating to get inside. There was no reception in the hostal and we spent an hour calling, walking,the codes on the code pad were not working right but we received a lot of help from the personnel. When we finally entered the room we were very happy.

Location, cleanliness and tasteful interior.

Noise from the street especially from the students living at the students' residence across the property talking at the top of their voices when coming and going into the early morning on Friday and Saturday nights. Slept very badly as a result. Interior rooms may be quieter.

- The process of opening the door. The numerous videos to open and enter the code are enough, but they don't explain the previous step, to generate the code. After doing this trick, I helped 2 more guests at the place. And the most annoying, if your mobile translate the site, the code is not shown. - Noise from downstairs and from other rooms. Slamming the door is the most frequent. Sound insulation does not exist. - The pillow is too damn high!
