Very quirky hotel attached to a petrol station with so much memorabilia for the car and bike racing enthusiasts it was a fun overnight stay on our journey to Portugal. Our room was a great size and again quirky but so welcoming for our dog with a big bowl of cold water waiting for her and another big bowl with a full packet of premium treats was such a nice touch. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We found a tapas bar close by in the evening and the complimentary morning breakfast was more than adequate with freshly baked bread and large croissants with ham and preserves. Situated close to the motorway and could refuel before our ongoing journey.

The hotel sitting over a petrol station is quirky and a must for motor fans. However it’s the staff that make it. They are so helpful. The hotel says it’s pet friendly and it truly is. Treat and bowls for the dog on arrival. Yet if you came here without a pet you would not know it. The rooms are immaculate with really funky decoration. The personalised decor (cushions, mags) depending on where you’re from is a nice touch. The local area is quiet but the hotel has a recommended pizza place which is a must see. Food is good and staff are also very friendly.

The room was very modern, with good decor. It was clean throughout, good size wardrobe with lighting and mini fridge. We paid extra for our dog and the bowls and treats provided were a nice touch. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was nice and hot and a good size. Breakfast was worth the money, bread, croissant, ham, cheese, butter, jams, fresh juice and tea or coffee.

The bed was a bit hard for me but that is personal preference, my husband said it was ok for him. There were two roof slats in the bathroom that were broken and you could see into the roof.

This is a hotel of 11 rooms and suites located in a Repco service station. Its owner is a bike and car enthusiast and the whole place is decorated with motor racing memorabilia. A unique and a memorable experience. Clean, comfortable and welcoming, the staff are exceptional. Underground garaging if you need it( tight but they will guide you in and out of it). Very dog friendly and a super Hard Rock style Italian restaurant a few hundred metres away.

For us, the bed was a little bit too firm and the location was not quite up to scratch.

The staff teams at Resotel and Pizza Pizza are the best. Everyone is kind, friendly and helpful. Both premises are spotless. Good quality ingredients for both breakfast and supper. We really recommend the lasagne. Having a short walk to the restaurant after spending hours in a car. All the stuff everywhere - so much to look at. Pet friendly. Kettle, fridge and coffee machine in room.

The beds have always been a bit hard for us but that's a personal preference.

Have stayed here several times. It's fantastic value, the whole place is spotless. If you're a motor racing fan you'll love the theme throughout.The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel is easy to find and a convenient stopover for us when we disembark the ferry at Santander. Breakfast is continental but perfectly presented and just right. There are also some great restaurants just a short stroll from the hotel.

I can't think if anything not to like.

Second time staying there. It didn't disappoint. They even let me put my motorbike in a safe monitored place. I like the modern coloured rooms with the big windows. They provide a wee bit extra to give it a nice welcome, like fruit, chocolate and a doggy surprise. So dog and motorbike friendly. And grateful for the forecourt with shop. Will stay here again if I get the chance.

Pillows were a bit flat, my personal preference is a bit firmer ones. Not their fault 😁

This place e is brilliant! When you get there, all you see is the forecourt of a petrol station with vibrant colours and racing apparel everywhere. Then, you step into the hotel itself and up into your room, and the racing theme continues, but with a luxury-comfort twist to make you feel at home. We travelled with our cats, and they had bowls and treats waiting ♥️ The bed was comfortable, and we just loved the entire experience. Highly recommend this location for your stay in Salamanca!!

The hotel is really unique, very bright, welcoming and comfortable. The staff and the owner were thought ful and considerate, couldn't not do enough. Very genuine too. Lovely welcome for our dog too. The restaurant associated with the hotel is also a gem, and we had the most delicious dinner. There is everything in the room you could want, including a coffee machine, kettle and toiletries. Just lovely. We had great fun exploring the art works and racing memorabilia. A truly special place.

Hotel theme and decoration was really good with a spacious room. We booked a stay with our dog so there were bowls and treats for her. Great location for spending the night as we were travelling on the Spanish A-62, with available public parking around the hotel.

We were served burnt toast at breakfast, even if someone likes it that way it should only be served like that on request. 20€ for the dog stay.
