The hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from the old town. It is an old-fashioned hotel in the good sense of the word: a dated building that is maintained in very good condition. My room was spotless with a full bathroom. The atmosphere was truly Spanish. It was nice that breakfast was served with sufficient choices.

Due to the layout and the materials used, it is very disturbing when guests talk in the corridors late at night. It would be nice if the receptionist would point this out to them.

Great hotel in a good location for sightseeing. Only about 15 minutes walk to the town but lots of places to eat and drink nearby. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Good sized bathroom. The staff were really nice and incredibly helpful. The parking garage was easily accessible with good sized parking spaces.

Could do with extra pillows in the room in case you like more than 1 to sleep on.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The location is very close to the train station, which was perfect for my late arrival/early departure. It's a great low-cost option in Salamanca. I appreciated having a private bathroom, and the room was nice and warm even with the cold fall temperatures.

The mattress and pillow were a bit hard for my taste. I could also hear other people in the hotel, especially if they were in the hall. It's an older building, but honestly for the price I don't think you can really expect more. Overall a positive experience!

Free parking for the car on Monday night. They explained it is not reserved, so we made sure not to arrive too late. Very friendly staff. They gave a map of the area and explained main sights. They also gave tips in the garage as it can be a bit tricky to park. Be careful when opening your car trunk as the ceiling is not so high. You can not drive directly into the garage, but you have some areas to wait in the street normally while staff helps you and gives directions. Spacious room. Good shower. Close by area with nice bars, and a 10 minute walk or so if you want to go to the center.

You can hear the street and also people in hallway/reception very easily. Take some earplugs if needed. The bathroom mirror area was not clean. Bed quite small (short).

Great value for money, - big room with big en-suite and comfortable bed at a good price. Despite having no air con the room was cool and there was a big fan that did the job no problem

one of the plugs in my room was a bit faulty and the walls are a little thin but i had no problems sleeping - you get what you pay for really

I liked the luggage rack and that you could open the window. It was very comfortable for a one night stay in a single room with all the basic touches.

The front of the toilet was situated very close to the wall so no room to sit properly on it, I just fit with my knees touching. If I were a bigger person i wouldn't have fitted!

Great location close to the Old Town. The place was quiet. The beds were comfortable. There was also breakfast for 6 eur but we didn't use it. The hotel has its own parking place with no extra charge, which was great because we were traveling by a car. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The room had a fan but it was loud, so we didn't use it during night. There wasn't a fridge in the room, and we would appreciate it a lot. The room was dark and with dark furniture, otherwise it was very nice.

the reception was very welcoming, friendly and informative. the hotel provided good safe bike storage in a locked room off the garage. excellent value for the budget price.

No real negatives. it is a 20 to 30 minute walk to the main tourist sites but only 10 minutes walk to a good spot for dinner where many locals eat.

I had reserved a single room and when I arrived was automaticly upgraded to a double which was a lovely surprise. I requested a parking spot which was available and well appointed Never had been within this area of the country and was extremely pleased with the fact this Hotel is in the center of town enabling me to walk all over the city enjoying the beauty of historic building and many lovely parks. Would definetly use it again and would recommend to friends and family.

No complaints what so ever!

The room has a good space, as well as the bathroom, which has a bathtub. There's a good wardrobe. The location is very convenient, it`s between the old city and the train station.

A fridge in the room, or even in the aisle, would be helpful. A fridge is good when you are travelling, it helps you a lot. In my opnion, just this wasn`t good there.
