It was very cheap and close to the train station, the water was very hot. Great value for money

The owner/receptionist accused me of smoking, I don’t smoke and hate tobacco. Once I explained this he seemed to accept my explanation but he didn’t apologise for the accusation which I found insulting.

Location is not too far from the city center (about 10 minutes walk). Room and amenities were fine. There’s a luggage lift so you don’t have to carry it up to your room.

About 20 minutes walk from the train station so taxi might be better if you have a big luggage.

We found the service excellent. The location allowed us to walk to the historic center. The room was comfortable and well heated.

There is no elevator, only a lift for luggage. The bathroom had a bathtub with a jacuzzi but there was no plug so it could not be used.

Comfortable rooms. Friendly staff that helped us with a free parking spot and who made sure we had adjoining rooms for the children. Location is only 15 minute walk from the old city centre. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Bathroom was a bit outdated and could need some renovation.

Very friendly and welcoming owner. Very clean. Great convenient location to old town - just outside but easy walk in. Owner allowed bicycles to be stored in the room but was also happy to offer up alternative storage if we preferred. Great value for money and good local amenities i.e coffee shops, supermarkets and laundrette.

The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. They went to great trouble to retrieve a tee-shirt that mistakenly went into the laundry

Small window in our room onto the courtyard, but we were out all day anyway, so it didn't matter.

15 minutes Walking to the center of the old town. Bus stops nearby. The staff is kind to let me check in an hour early. The single room is small, but clean and also has a desk and a chair

The lighting of the room is not bright enough.

Checked in very late but staff was checking on me constantly that I could enter the building, find the keys and everything was alright. Has a good location and just 10 to 15 minutes walking distance from city center

I was welcomed by Toni and was very comfortable and well looked after for my stay. I particularly liked the very clever shower with it's 3 functions especially the foot washing function! Stay at the Hotel Aragon

The staff was very responsive and helpful.

Our room was a little noisy until midnight because we were near a busy street corner.
