The free parking space around the hotel were all occupied. We searched for more than half an hour for a parking lot 1.5 km away. However, it's convenient location since it's not too far to walk to the nearby tourist attractions. We were welcomed by a huge German shepherd. What a surprise. 😊 The beds were comfortable. We slept very well. Good enough for a night stop.

The doors of the shower room could be fixed so it's smoother.

Location was a few minutes walk from the train station so ideal for my needs as it was snowing so I didn't have to walk far. The lovely lady at the receptionist gave me half an hour more until I needed to check out which was great as I was in the middle of a work task.

The attention was excellent, the personal was very kind. The rooms were warm (it was very cold outside, so the heating system was perfectly working). The bathroom had a nice shower. Generally speaking, the room was very comfortable.

If you are planning to do tourism, perhaps the hotel is a bit far from the center (in any case, Salamanca is a very small city so it is not a real problem for people used to walk). However, it is only 10 min walking from the main train station. I didn't like the fact that the walls were very thin, so you literally hear everything from the neighbor.

I really liked the breakfast at the morning, the personal was really friendly, i enjoyed talking with them. The fact that there is always someone to welcome you at any time is really appreciable and comforting.

The only thing i didn't like was the proximity with other rooms, I could hear everything the neighbours were saying or doing, which can be a bit annoying sometimes.

Close to train station, not far from old city. Friendly staff. Quiet at night. Everything in the room works.

Apparatus is old in the room. The shower door is barely shut after several tries and it will fall open during a shower, so shower quickly. TV is small, may be a 12 inch one, so that when sitting on the bed far end , can't see clearly what on TV. Room 105 is really small, but there are two beds, don't know how to accommodate two person, especially those 200 lbs big Americans.

The hosts are very friendly and helpful. There was some building noise from next door, the hotel owner apparently asked them to be more thoughtful. The next morning there was hardly any construction work! The hotel is within walking distance of old Salamanca and sight seeing. Sara was very helpful in giving advice on where to eat where there was good food and reasonable prices.

Very Great. People who are working there are really amazing. When my friend forgot something from The hotel and they instantly call to us and inform. It was really helpful because we didn’t left area yet and we were able to come back and pick up or stuff. Owner of The hotel is really amazing Being with warm and love to each other which is The most prescious thing. Thank you, thank you from Poland
