The hotel is located in the center of the universe. It is literally part of the Salamanca world heritage site. This is just amazing. As soon as we walked out of the hotel entrance, we walked right into the thick of the action where everything is happening and we loved it. Plaza Mayor, Convento de San Esteban, University of Salamanca, etc. Everything is right there. The hotel room is also spacious and the window gives us a view of the old town. The bathroom sink is huge which makes things a lot easier.

It’s perfectly located, literally steps away from Salamanca’s best known locations. It’s very affordable, clean and staff are lovely.

Rooms are quite small, which is not a problem in itself but it can be if you have luggage or are planning to work. It got noisy sometimes at night due to other guests (and outside, but that can’t be helped).

The location is perfect. The breakfast was simple but good. They have an elevator. In general it was very good.

Just that on the last day a bunch of teenagers stayed there and they were so, but so noisy. We could hear them running, screaming, laughing, swearing, and it lasted till 4 am almost. But apart from this, all was ok.

You cannot drop off your luggage after 10:00 am since the costumer service will also notify you after booking. Also, no microwave or hairdryer inside the room but other than that everything is good and the location is perfect.

Brilliant location but fairly noisy at night. Comfortable beds in a fair sized room with en suite. Helpful staff and option of reasonably priced breakfast. Very good for a short stay

En suite had not been properly cleaned and had to ask for towels, but promptly rectified and otherwise very clean

The location could hardly have been bettered - right on the main street, between the Plaza Mayor and the cathedrals, and surprisingly peaceful too (except when the religious procession for the centenary of St Teresa came slowly marching along below my window).

It's a rather old-fashioned place, but perfectly acceptable.

Very well located in the downtown of Salamanca. (A little bit noisy street at night). There are a lot of good restaurants near hotel. Iconic buildings are a few blocks round the hotel.

The room is comfy but quite small. The consierge staff is a bit dry.

Great value for money, good breakfast, staff always available to help, great location, close to the main tourist attractions in Salamanca. I recommend your stay.

Very friendly reception and cleaning staff. Excellent location, right in the centre of the old town. Very quiet, I never saw another guest. Would stay again.

Location is obviously excellent and the room was great value for money. My room had a balcony with an amazing view of the catedral vieja and el convento de san esteban. Good working bathroom, and a very comfy bed.

The TV wasn't working at the time.
