Everything. The location was great, practically 10 minutes to every sight in Salamanca, if not less. It was comfortable, even in the cold - you could heat it up easily and the warmth would hold. The kitchen is well equipped, although it did lack a cooking spoon and spatula, which are easily available from a Bazar shop in the Crespo Rascón. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom, too. For once, there were enough hooks to put things. I would certainly come again. They also give you a very useful map and tourist information.

We spent four nights in this studio which is set up to be handicap accessible for those who might need it. It’s a clean, spacious, and comfortable studio in walking distance to the sights of Salamanca as well as restaurants and grocers. The apartment is across the street from one of the oldest garden parks in the city. The hosts were very helpful in getting us a taxi when we left. We spent an enjoyable time here.

Our apartment was spacious and spotless. The location is very near the Plaza Mayor, right in the midst of the historical district. It is not close to the train station, but very close to the bus station.

The check in process was odd, but it worked out ok. I do not like the lack of personal service in hotels.

The place was great, very spacious and clean. The best service I’ve seen in a hotel/apartment so far. They answered all my concerns very quickly and the service was really fast if you needed anything. I would definitely recommend this place and 100% book here again if I were to visit Salamanca. The location was great too, it was very close to the Plaza Mayor. It exceeded my expectations to be honest, the staff were very helpful and most importantly the place was very clean. I stayed here for about a month and I really loved the apartment.

Only thing was that the rooms were that sound proof, you could sometimes hear the other rooms.

I was on business for an event in Salamanca. The location of the appartment was great for the events. Self check-in was seamless, the company was responsive. Appartment was well equipped and clean. Strong wifi was important for me and the wifi there delivered, it was fast enough to deliver an online work session.

my room was on the ground floor and the windows were looking at the street so people were walking very close by. There is a curtain however and also blindshades for the night, so it's no big deal. People on the street at night were loud though. All in all however, I still loved the place and would stay again.

Excellent location, very near to all the points to visit, allowing to go everywhere just walking. The apartment is excellent, modern and with all the equipment that you need and don’t need because you’re on holidays. Car parking very close. San Juan parking, and other options. The manual sent in PDF tells everything we need to know and the communication with the hostess is very easy and efficient.

Perfect location. Wonderfully comfortable and very clean. Lovely view out onto a park. Great communication with the staff.

Not a criticism but it would have been helpful if the mirror wasn’t behind where you hung your clothes. Also there was no where for ladies to put their toiletries either in the bedroom or bathroom. A small dressing table in the bedroom or shelf in the bathroom would have been good.

Clean comfortable and well soundproofed. Great apartment with all the facilities you would need and very close to all the amazing attractions of SALAMANCA.

Easy to find, spacious for a couple. Close to all the sites. Parking was close and affordable. Without a doubt worth the cost.

The location, right next to the city center and all major landmarks and important locations plus the parking discount. Also the quality of the apartment, the heating and the cleanliness. Definitely impressive.
