It was super clean and the beds were comfy. The shower worked well and was equiped with shampoo and soap. Super close to downtown which saved us the trouble of looking for transportation all the time. All iconic places in downtown were at walking distance. Plus, they are pet friendly!

The room and the facilities didn't have silverware, or kitchen appliances like a kettle or a microwave we could use. It seems that's only specific rooms have those and they were already booked. There was an extra charge of 10 euros per night because we were with our pet.

The Hostal is in an excellent location with only a short walk to points of interest and the bus station. The check in procedure was easy and staff were responsive through WhatsApp. The room was comfortable and clean. Staff were also accommodating when I asked if I could leave my bags behind upon check out.

The wifi was down for almost half of my stay, however I recognise things like this are often out of staff’s control.

A great location, easy parking, free on street or in paid parking under the park opposite the hostal 10 minute walk to plaza mayor, passing 24 hour eroski on the way. Room was exceptionally clean, with plenty of towels, soap etc. You get sent a code to open front door and room door couldn't be easier. Incredible value for money and pet friendly too. I will definitely be back

Super convenient spot, Parking Garage just behind, cost me 16 euros for the night, you could probably do better, Easy Access, Dog friendly, room looked brand new, very nicely finished, mine had a balcony big enough for two people standing drinking a glass of wine and the dog. I didn't meet any staff and didn't need too. Superb value at 35 euros, booked only a few hours before arrival, due to my maiden voyage in my new 2015 Tesla Model S taking way longer than I thought.

Clean, good value for money, on the edge of the old historic town and not far from the coach station. There's no reception or staff in the building so you need to pre-check in online to get the electronic door pass code which is fiddly to operate at first. The call centre staff were super friendly and helpful though.

Super easy check-in at all hours which was great as I ended up being much later than expected. I was able to check in online and enter with codes. The room was nice and clean.

It was a little noisy. Even though checkout was at a fabulously late time, I couldn't sleep in properly as I heard people in the hallway. I am a light sleeper though, too. I didn't need two sets of towels for one person.

Great location, clean, comfortable beds, quiet, contact was friendly and very helpful. First time in a hostel and I must say it exceeded my expectations.

The entrance key codes didn’t work but someone was on the phone to talk me through it. The hostel could use an ice machine in the communal area during summer .

amazing place in an amazing location everything is done remotely, so don't expect a staffed front desk, but the hotel communicates perfectly and there was no issue with anything. it's clean, very well located, the beds are comfortable, I definitely recommend

Everything was much better than I was expecting, the room was enormous with a very good bathroom,.the shower was excellent and everything was new, they were renovating the entire place and it's beaming very beautiful, the location was perfect close to the plaza mayor and all the center restaurants... Very quiet and comfortable place... It was much much better than we were expecting... Awesome stay...

Super clean and quiet rooms with comfortable bedding. Location is conveniently close to the city centre with underground parking nearby. Overall a functional option.

Online check-in was a hassle, the website kept crashing and I had to start over several times. Our rooms were at the back so the view wasn't great.
