The attention to detail in this fantastically restored hotel is outstanding. The staff could not do enough for us and the breakfast was simply a gastronomic delight. Beautiful rooms and great facilities, right in the middle of the town.

Although I could see that the hotel had taken many sound insulation steps to manage late night noise from the street, unfortunately I still heard it. My wife slept though and was fine, but I am a very light sleeper. Will book a room at the back next time - it will not put me off this fabulous hotel.

Excellent service from all staff. Breakfast was wonderful with real detail to produce and presentation. I am a real foodie and you can tell the owner of the hotel is also. The fine detail makes this hotel stand out. Our dog was made to feel extremely welcome. This alone is not easy to find in a quality hotel like this. I would not hesitate to not only stay again but to recommend to friends. We ate at bamboo which is also owned by the hotel. Wow ….. the food was exceptional. We sat by the bbq area and just watched the chef preparing and serving the food with professionalism and care.

The exhaust fan in our toilet didn’t work, we didn’t like having the bathroom be part of the bedroom. We don’t think this is at all appropriate in a suite and there was little or no ability to adjust the temperature so we found ourselves too hot to sleep on more than one occasion

Absolutely spotless beautiful hotel. Interior design was fabulous and an exceptional standard. Gastronomic experience was second to none!

It’s a shame the hotel is too close to music factory and the square is noisy late into the night/morning. If you go request a bedroom at the back of the hotel as we couldn’t sleep! It is a university town though.

The hotel (brand new, only open since March) was stunning! The room was gorgeous, very quiet, and very comfortable. The staff, including Ioana and Fatima, were very helpful with train ticketing and other issues. The location was a 2 minute walk to the Plaza Mayor and the Cathedral. Will definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel is excellent, in the historic center of the city. The breakfast experience is a concept that we had not seen until now and that we loved. All the details of the stay are very careful. Definitely, it is the best hotel of its kind in which we have stayed.

One of the best hotels we stayed in, a home from home! The staff (Paula and Brenda), the junior suite was beautiful, the interior design is super cool and the dinner at the hotel was delicious (amazing chef). The breakfast was outstanding with everything we wished for. The location is perfect as well!

The entire experience is exceptional, but what makes the Eunice hotel so amazing is definitely the staff. The team are brilliant, friendly and attentive without being intrusive. If you get the chance to stay here do! And definitely have the breakfast.
