The attention to detail in this fantastically restored hotel is outstanding. The staff could not do enough for us and the breakfast was simply a gastronomic delight. Beautiful rooms and great facilities, right in the middle of the town.

Although I could see that the hotel had taken many sound insulation steps to manage late night noise from the street, unfortunately I still heard it. My wife slept though and was fine, but I am a very light sleeper. Will book a room at the back next time - it will not put me off this fabulous hotel.

Kind and welcoming staff, spacious bed, delicious and unique breakfast, great location, and a beautiful building with character.

The AC control was a bit unintuitive. While the upgrade was appreciated, we had been looking forward to a balcony, so it would have been nice to be asked about our preference or shown both rooms. Our only real disappointment was being charged €35 for less than a day of parking without any prior notice. More than the amount itself, it was the lack of upfront information that was frustrating, especially as the cost also seemed high for such a short stay.

Historic, quiet, and thoughtful. For example, they pulled awnings and drapes at the right time of day to keep the room cool and allow us to sit on the terrace. The customer service from their multinational staff was excellent, in Spanish and English. When we decided to pull the plug on a wineries tour in Zamora, they offered us an alternative: a tasting tour of Spain at a local wine shop. It was incredible, with a knowledgeable host who curated the experience perfectly. This was all at the initiative of hotel staff. This team really goes above and beyond!

This amazing boutique hotel is phenomenal. The staff are amazing, the level of service is the best we have experienced in over 10 years. The location is centrally located and just a very short walk from Plaza Mayor. Breakfast and dinner are an amazing experience in Spanish gastronomy. They are flexible with your needs. The inner courtyard is warm and welcoming, and a great place to relax in the late afternoon, and before dinner. Highly recommend a weekend stay to an entire week. You will not be disappointed. Absolutely love this hotel. We will be back!

Excellent service from all staff. Breakfast was wonderful with real detail to produce and presentation. I am a real foodie and you can tell the owner of the hotel is also. The fine detail makes this hotel stand out. Our dog was made to feel extremely welcome. This alone is not easy to find in a quality hotel like this. I would not hesitate to not only stay again but to recommend to friends. We ate at bamboo which is also owned by the hotel. Wow ….. the food was exceptional. We sat by the bbq area and just watched the chef preparing and serving the food with professionalism and care.

Very beautiful hotel, very well located. The staff was very kind and had all types of kind attentions for us. The breakfast was simply amazing, so was the restaurant for dinner. We really liked the interior garden. Moreover, the hotel is directly in the historical pedestrian centre of Salamanca and enables you to walk easily to all places.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is not big, but the interior was comfortable and nice. Great bathroom. Nice garden at the back. Central location. Safe parking nearby (one can unload just outside the hotel and they may park the car in the garage for you). Superb breakfast. Lovely that they accepted our two small dogs.

The exhaust fan in our toilet didn’t work, we didn’t like having the bathroom be part of the bedroom. We don’t think this is at all appropriate in a suite and there was little or no ability to adjust the temperature so we found ourselves too hot to sleep on more than one occasion

Everything , the reviews don't do it justice. The people were very helpful and friendly. The rooms, up to date with the latest facilities, the food was fabulous. The whole hotel stay was worth double the room rate for the quality. Stayed two nights and ate in their restaurant outside, wonderful.
