The two gentlemen at reception were so helpful. I arrived way before check-in time, and they did their best to accommodate me earlier. On departure, I requested a late checkout again, they were very happy to help, but unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked due to a fiesta that weekend. The room was spotlessly cleaned every day. Great view over the Marina. I didn't eat in the hotel, so I cannot comment on the food. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk to the old town along the coast absolutely lovely. Many restaurants and bars are located in the port itself, beside the hotel.

The pool could have been cleaner

The room was spacious and had more or less everything you needed, the Ac was efficient and the location was beautiful. You can walk from the hotel to the main and old town along the coast.

The hotel advertises parking as one of its amenities - it does have parking. However it’s at a cost of €25 a day, which we would not have minded if we had been pre warned. Other hotels that had paid parking advertised that it was paid and the price, we would of appreciated this transparency as the « free » parking was a huge reason we chose the hotel as we were travelling by car!

Good location, beautiful view from the window (port, sea), good restaurants nearby.Walking distance to the city centre, good train connection with Barcelona.

"Bathroom in the room" literally meant that the toilet was in the room, not in a separate room... the shower too, just a transparent cabin in the room—it was probably designed by a drunk architect, zero privacy. You use the toilet, and your roommate watches you... and all the smells drift into the room!!!

Location on the marina couldn’t be better. The marina is a fair way out of Sitges town but a 20 minute walk along the coast (or quicker on an inland route) is pleasant and enjoyable. There are some steps to navigate but mostly very flat. I was able to park for free in the residential street above the marina.

The hotel, like the marina itself, is dated and cold do with some TLC to bring it into the 21st century. The whole area was developed from scratch fifty years ago and it is showing its age. That said the marina is being refurbished so it is to be hoped the hotel will do the same,

I had my own room.. it was constantly cleaned, bed was comfy, fresh towels, nice shower and great view of the marina. The hotel is right next the Balmins beach too..so it was great for beach days. With it being on the Marina, it is so quiet and relaxing and there is a long row of gorgeous restaurants! The sushi place was the best!

The balcony door was a bit stiff and seemed to rattle when opening. Maybe it just needs some maintenance.

Room lacked drawers, storage space and hanging hooks. No shower gel or soap in shower. Walk into Sitges was scenic but slippy steps and lighting could have been improved especially at night. We were woken by diggers at 8am every morning and loud party revellers outside twice in the small hours of the morning Hotel was very quiet otherwise!

It was out of the center so it was quiet and peaceful. There are restaurants near by and a little market. There is a bus stop a short walk from the property and a quick walk to a really nice beach.It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, lots of hot water and great water pressure. The AC worked very well. The pool was fantastic. The cleaning staff were kind and very accommodating when we requested and extra pillow.

The staff at reception was not very welcoming. I wouldn’t say rude but we were asked for the city tax given our key and sent on our way. There was no instruction regarding internet access, where to find our room, breakfast.

The hotel is located about a 15-minute walk from the bustling center of Sitges, but there are plenty of bars, restaurants, and cafés around the Marina area nearby. The nearest beach is less than a 5-minute walk away, although I would recommend doing a bit of research in advance, especially if you are traveling with children. The sunsets from this side of town are absolutely spectacular, so if you enjoy chasing the sun, I recommend saving at least one evening to experience them by the Hotel area. The pool area is quite spacious and provided a great escape from the 35°C heat. Beds were large and comfy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to store our bags for a few hours after check-out, which gave us extra freedom to enjoy a final sunset stroll and some delicious tapas.

The air conditioning system in our room was quite noisy, frequently switching on and off throughout the night to maintain the temperature. I recommend bringing earplugs for a more comfortable night's sleep. Additionally, the layout of our room was rather unconventional. The toilet and shower were located directly within the main room, with minimal separation from the rest of the space. If you're not comfortable with the idea of using the bathroom or showering in a glass enclosure while your travel companion is relaxing on the bed, I suggest checking the room's setup carefully before booking.

For us just perfect location in a quiet marina, not far from beaches. We went to Aiguadolc Beach which is behind marina, other beaches are in the town. Hotel was clean, staff ok, room spacious and overlooking marina. Good selection for the breakfast .

As mentioned several times here: toilet not separated from the room. If you stay with anybody else and you like your privacy while using WC the other person has to go to the balcony for example.

I have been to this hotel already 4 times, I really like the location, the beach is 3 minutes away, instead the city centre is a 15 minute walk away. The staff is very nice, the hotel is very clean, the pool is very big and clean, the port area is very quiet and there are also many restaurants where you can find very good food.. The breakfast is ok but could be a little better.

The sunbeds and umbrellas near the pool need replacing as many of them are broken.
