Location! Hotel is just next door to bus station Plana and other buses , you may go to Barcelona , Barcelona airport and other directions from this bus station. And it’s quiet , I didn’t hear any noise from the street at night. Just two steps from hotel many local bus stops located , so you may take any of local line bus to reach any place. 41 bus - directly to railway of TARRAGONA Room is standard , comfort bed. 7 minutes from hotel you may find big shopping Centers : Parc Central and El Corte Engles

As I understood soundproofing is not good between rooms, as I head how my neighbours moved the chair upstairs. I was lucky neighbours were quiet , I didn’t hear their talking, but I heard this movements of chair like it was just under my head:)

Location and size of the room with small kids is very reasonable. My kids really loved the bunk beds , which were really safe. We as a family really enjoyed our stay. Also the walking wardrobe was nicely made. I would come back.

Parking cost 17€ per day which is crazy nearby is another park house where you pay 4,50€ for the whole day. Also staff wasn’t always nice. As I asked for iron and had to call at the reception 4 times till they brought us the iron.

Room was confortable, the swimming pool not really a swimming pool, rather a jacuzzi a bit larger. Staff a bit "sour". Location quite good, at the beginning of Rambla.

Value for money low. It's 4* hotel cost per night quite high and doesn't offer the conditions for a 4* hotel. No slipper, no bathrobe, and the bath product very basic.

An attractive very modern looking lobby set the keynote for this first rate establishment which had its own garage (a big help). Superb staff at reception. A very nice family atmosphere. Beautiful hallways (these make a difference). Light filled room. Very good restaurant in the evening, a lifesaver. The restaurant scene in Tarragona is far from the hotel and hard to fathom and on St. Tekla weekend it is a nightmare, leading visitors to fear that they will starve.

Really beautiful, comfy, and close to the stores. Really enjoyed the rooftop pool too.

The hotel room we got smelled of cigarette smoke. As if someone had smoked in the room. Not super much, but enough to make our clothes smell the same as the room.

Great value for money and location, front desk staff were nice. Room we had was very spacious, which was perfect for our long stay and remote working needs

Rooms were not very sound proof as you could hear everything from rooms either side and oitside the hotel door and also the window did not have a wide opening which i like

Room was spacious and clean, staff was friendly and professional.

We've got upgraded to the master suites and the shower/ bathroom was just a glass box in the room with no privacy. It was a strange layout, but it was ok for just one night.

Helpful, friendly staff. Big room. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. 24 hour front desk. My room was ready 2 hours early so I checked in at 13.00 instead of having to wait until 15.00

More lighting in the room would have been better. No kettle in the room
