The pictures don’t do the apartment justice. It was modern, clean, great air con and facilities. Nice TV, cooker, fridge freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, hairdryer. Very comfortable and great location for the train station which is just a few minutes walk from the apartment. Very helpful staff who gave us a nice welcome and told us places to visit and stored our luggage in the lockers.

Given it was so well equipped it surprised me that there was no microwave or iron/ ironing board. The checking in process didn’t work either as they said they would email a code to get in but that never came. As it happened we arrived when the reception was open, but would have been more complicated if we had arrived outside of those hours.

It's a refurbished building done very carefully. They have bike rentals, a concierge and a restaurant, so you can have breakfast there. The beds are super comfortable and if you get the rooms with a view, it's quite beautiful.

The code locking system. It kept failing so a frustration. Parking on the steeet is easy but you need to download an app to pay. Parking at the hotel needs to book in advance and onky takes small cars. The booking system could have provided better understanding of the bedroom arrangements such as the use of the sofa bed.

The apartment is large and spacious, very clean. There is a balcony overlooking the sea. The bed is big and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need.

The process of payment is very confusing. They send a link on booking, and you have to pay on some another website. I paid, but the payment wasn't successfull, I didn't know about that. And the property didn't respond me on booking. I had to find their email and send a message. Only after that they send me codes for the doors. It was very nervous. The next day I was told that they often have failed payments. You have to to something with that.

Very big and clean apartment close to the beach and not far from all interesting places. Everything to stay was arranged super comfortable. They provided all tools for cooking and gave a lot of towels. We came early but they treated us with coffee and helped with check in even before proper time. Also helped with tourist map and gave advice what to see. Around there are few small and one big Spar supermarkets so everything necessary was easy to buy. Recommend to stay, especially it is good for families.

Everything was perfect

The location at the port was easy to find and I walked from the central bus station and back again (with a suitcase). The train station is even closer. Although it isn't in the old part of town, it was only a few minutes easy walk away and the apartment was spacious, comfortable and superbly clean (and probably larger and cheaper than old town accommodation). There was a large double bed (very comfortable) and a large sofabed but it is probably best for a couple or a solo traveller like myself rather than the maximum of three people. The person on Reception was friendly and efficient. The security system (outer gate into courtyard, door into apartment block, door into individual apartment) worked well, with good lighting. I was travelling on my own, a woman in her seventies, and I felt safe walking around the area and the property.

I could have been better organised! I arrived in the evening after Reception had closed and had checked in online the day before, but I should have checked in a few days sooner. The email with the door code and apartment number was sent the day I was travelling (as promised) but I couldn't receive it until after I had landed in Barcelona (because I had no wi-fi during the flights). Which was disconcerting but my own fault.

Breakfast was quite limited, not much to choose from (we did not even have eggs of any type nor vegetables!) They did not bring any toilet paper during our stay, we had to buy our own while the reception was closed and also towels were changed only once during our 8 day stay which is very little considering that we took even two showers a day sometimes

Nice spacious apartment with everything you need including dishwasher. We didn't hear any noise from the railways (had street view). Late check-in was super easy. Close to the beautiful port area.

The pots, saucepan looked bad - scratches, deformations. Unfortunately tenants don't use them with care. Plus flies and birds droppings outside at the entrance door - but this is a general city problem I believe.

Our apartment had a lovely view of marina. Aircon very good. Staff excellent. Public transport just outside. Supermarket 2 minutes away (spar)

Bed mattress on a raised platform, a little difficult to get up as both of us are in our mid seventees, but manage with a laugh

The apartment was big,clean comfortable and with a great view. The bathroom needs A more detailed cleaning as well as the windows.but overall we don't have big complaints.The online check in and payment was a bit tricky but we managed to do it at the Maschine at the gate as we arrived late in the evening.

Great location close to the beach, the port and restaurants. Superb apartments, really comfortable, spotless and well equipped...even had a Dishwasher! Staff were really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was continental and fine but only had once. Would definately stay again.

Can't fault anything really!
