Excellent location near the Tagus river (though a bit of an uphill walk to the town centre). Comfy room. Good shower. Decent breakfast.

It claims to be an eco hotel but, apart from being near the river, doing bike hire and having a water dispenser, I don’t know why. Most of the indoor plants are artificial. Butter and preserves come in single-portion packets. Coffee comes in individual pods that are not recyclable - indeed, there is no evidence of recycling facilities - I put all my glass and paper in a bag and gave it to the receptionist. I have stayed in plenty of hotels that are far more ‘eco’ without that being their USP. (Also, the TV software needed an update but there was no help to get this done.)

The beautiful terrace over El Tajo River, amazing sunset and fantastic dawn! The room is comfortable well decorated, I would just improve the mattress, it would deserve something better! The breakfast is fantastic, Juan is a super host very friendly and helpful, this is definitely a grand spot to visit Toledo, due to the quiet location away from all of us the annoying tourists :) I reckon the best of Toledo are the view points the walks outside by the river… in this Hotel was perfect to get a countryside feeling of this beautiful town!!

Rooms were very clean. We've done the self check in with a code sent to us because we arrived after midnight. At the arrival, we have plenty of towels, shampoo and shower gel very useful after the airport. Views to the river were a plus you could hear the water flowing. In front of the hotel was a parking with a machine to pay for, didn't work with the card so have some coins with you, we asked the reception to change some money for us and they were happy to support. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

What made our stay was the unbelievably great hospitality demonstrated by our host (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) who repeatedly went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. He's an unfailingly pleasant and energetic man who seemed to be everywhere at once. The hotel was fine, but our host was exceptional. Thank you.

It could have been less hilly in Toledo.

Location was good, plenty of parking near it. Very good sound proffed and if you closed the blinds it was pich dark.

Staff were not speaking English. The breakfast at the location was to simple for my expectations (some pastries, coffee, tea, milk and Spanish omelette) but fair priced at 5 per person.

Very cosy and comfortable rooms. Big bathroom. Comfortable beds. Water dispenser with glass bottle and glasses available to guests. Staff extremely nice and helpful. Welcome maps of Toledo with recommendations. Very good quality but limited breakfast served. Just next to the river and dining area. Close to orange zone parking. Fast WIFI. Photos from the offer represent reality in the rooms.

The only thing we didn’t like were thin walls. You could hear literally everything from other rooms. Ear plugs would help anyone who needs quiet to sleep.

Located in the lower part of Toledo. Walking to the center is not far however requires a steep climb. Very clean. Bed comfortable.

We arrived on Saturday afternoon and did not see any staff member at the reception until our checkout on Monday. That felt awkward. We did however receive a massage with the necessary information regarding entry to the hotel ,parking availability etc.

The location was amazing. Really loved the family environment there. Breakfast was fantastic and only 5 euros. I will stay there again.

I am retired and it was a bit hard to get up the stairs with my luggage....I doubt they could put in an elevator even if they wanted to, but be prepared.

The check in process is very streamlined and easy, with good instructions, as long as you have Whatsapp, even when there is no one at the desk. The hotel is in a quiet, picturesque area right by the river, but very close to all the attractions, which are easily within walking distance, through beautiful parts of the residential district, though it is pretty steep. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well-equipped, and there is 24-hr access to drinks and snacks (reasonably priced!), and a nice breakfast is provided for a very reasonable fee! I also love that the hotel practices sustainability and is environmentally aware.

There is parking available on weekends (when we were there), but I imagine finding parking (free or otherwise) would be a challenge during the week. Certainly wouldn't keep us from booking again, but it is something to prepare for.

Loved the location. It was out of the center city and along the river. Just a few minutes walk, up hill, to the city center. Lovely walking trail along the river. Easy small breakfast with coffee and toast.
