They are not answering whats and booking at all. I was thinking for 2 days if im going to sleep there.. and then there is virtual check in. Thats ok. But they suppose to say that on booking that they do not communicate with guests at all. And do not answering the phone. Im often travelling never happened that the object do not answer phone or messages

The staff was very friendly and helpful. So conveniently close to the train station! Facilities were very clean! Small store and bar/restaurants nearby. Felt safe walking in the area night and day. It was nice to have a budget friendly lodging option while visiting the beautiful city of Toledo.

The AC was a little weak but good enough. The bathroom is very small, it was fine for us but might be difficult for bigger people.

I shouldn't complain for the price, but the room was a bit stuffy. It would be nice if they could ventilate it more. The rooms are also not very soundproof so best to bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Perfect for a couple of nights and close to the train station for the early morning start! Gone very modern with the check-in, personally I prefer the human touch. Close to the bus stops for up and down to Zocodover/bus station.

This was a clean, comfortable room right across the road from the train station, and maybe 10 minutes' walk from the old town. It had everything we needed, including air conditioning. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We didn't have a bin in our room, but there were municipal recycling points on the other side of the road from the hostel.

Lovely clean rooms, lots of privacy, and a room cleaning service included. Room had air-conditioning and a small balcony

No hairdryer or lamp light so we had full lights for evenings.

Nice and clean accommodation near a train station. Historical city centre is few minutes by foot. Helpful English speaking staff. Reasonable price.

Bed was quite shorter for a taller person. You could hear your neighbours through walls.

Charming staff. Our room was a good size and comfortable, with a narrow balcony. A short walk from bus station and very close to train station. The bathroom was small but fine. I loved the fact that the shower curtain had magnets, so it stuck to the bath not me. Bath was small, but that was not a problem. The area with the sights we wanted to see was within walking distance, with nothing more than about 40 minutes away. It was close to a great café/bar/restaurant, El Telon, where we had coffee and pastries for breakfast. We would have stayed one more day if a room had been available.

Great location within easy reach of the main attractions of Toledo, at a very reasonable price.
