We like the location and the access to the city. Our room had no view as it was located in the below the lobby area floor. It felt little bit like a dungeon no view of the outside but one window had view to an internal patio. Beds were very comfy and rooms was super clean. The access to the Cafe on street level.was a plus before we left. Staff was friendly and helpful and the overall time we spent.in the hotel was great.

Everything was good but the location of out room was weird. It is under the lobby and felt little bit creepy but the room was perfect for our family of 3.

the location is excellent right in the city center and very easy to get from the train station that is walking distance. the reception guy was very friendly and helpful. I arrived at the hotel two hours prior to check in and my room was ready so thy did an early check in no problem. the room and the bed were very confortabile.

there is no communication between the front desk and the hotel restaurant. they can improve that. the front desk very gently offered me to eat at the hotel restaurant I accepted so he told me to be there by 13 30 but when I got there the restaurant was full with kids and they told me the restaurant was closed because they have the tour to attend to.

Centrally located, good value for price, very nice bar for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner.

The room had no views at all and there was a very strong smell (ammonia-based cleaning product or similar) when we arrived.

Could not get breakfast coach party in hotel restaurant very busy and only serving them, would recommend to go elsewhere for breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent! Outlined choice of meal plans and was served so quickly!

Air conditioning did not work and was so hot and stuffy in our room

The location of this hotel is perfect to explore the old city within the walls. walking distance to everything you need.

Location is near by center of Toledo, 5 or 10 minutes walking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was not big but confortable.

Big room, big bathroom, place to eat breakfast(not free but pretty cheap in my opinion)

The hotel is located downhill so you need to walk uphill to get to famous tourist sites like Zocodover Plaza

We love old funky places, this one did not disappoint.

For American tastes it may not be your cup of tea, but we just loved it!
