We stayed in the Sandos Griego just around the corner and on our last day we decided to not go home but to stay for a couple more days, we booked the Krystal as the location was perfect, right in the centre of town just down a fairly quiet little street. very clean, was able to keep our luggage in a room until our late checkout. our room was fairly big, shower was 'ok' strange design to the rooms as we had a huge pillar going straight through the centre of the bathroom... reception was very friendly,

The corridors are very narrow, the cleaners start very early and at times we felt it was a little noisy when people were coming in and slamming doors.. cleaners were great and the room was very clean but I felt like they started way too early for me.

The location is perfect, very close to the cercanías station, so easy access to Málaga and the airport. There is plenty of food, stores, and bars nearby. The beach is down a lot of stairs, but there are restaurants and stores on both sides of the stairs, and the steps on the stairs are not tall, which makes it an easier walk down or up. The room and bathroom are massive compared to most places in Europe, and it was all very clean. I didn't eat there, but they do have a restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well.

The beds are EXTREMELY uncomfortable. If you sleep on your side, or you have any back/neck/hips/leg conditions, it's not going to be a pleasant night of sleep. Even if you don't have any issues, you will still feel discomfort. I slept through the night just fine, though. The rest of my experience compensated for it, and I would definitely stay here again.

The location was great. Close to the train station, supermarket, and in the main centre of Torremolinos for bars and restaurants. It was quite easy to walk to the beach too. An added bonus was the free wi-fi in all the rooms. So yes value for money.

The only thing that would have made it truly excellent, would be a small refrigerator in the room. It would have been handy for chilled drinks and food items bought from the supermarket.

The hotel is nice a quiet, tucked away along a small street that leads on to a bustling main square. The hotel was really clean inside, as was the room. Room was a decent size, bathroom also. Located really conveniently for the train station, and also bars/restaurants/shops. (It's a bit of a walk down to the beach and back up (15-20mins), but if you're not doing it too often it's quite pleasant).

Beds were slightly on the firm side for my liking, but I still slept fairly OK.

When booking I asked for 2 single beds and room with a balcony which we got on the top floor was perfect. The room was cleaned everyday and beds changed along with towels along with a nice touch off shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste and toothbrush.Air con was a life saver as it was roasting hot.The roof top terrace was gorz especially if u don't want to travel to far in the heat.5mins from train everything on your door step my 3rd time staying but this has been the best hotel staff amazing.

My only negative was the bar upstairs trying to order a beer the lady had very poor English, when she understood she told us the bar had sold out off beer yet there was draught but said we cldnt have it This was minor and never put me off as we just purchased some from the local liquor store.

The fact it is 24/7 reception, it is super super clean. I don't care about fancy stuff but cleaniness is very important to me and it was cleaned everyday, the whole place is spotless. I had toilet paper, my bed was made... everyday. The room was so big and the shower too. It is in the center but in a small corner which makes it really quiet. The receptionists are so nice and helping. My bed was very comfortable but that is true it is with springs so it can make some noises when you move. It was noisy only when I sit on it. Otherwise it was ok, I really had good nights. The place, the price, the location, all is worth it. I would go back there, no hesitation

The only thing is it can resonate a lot in the hotel. Which means you can hear people in the hallways, doors etc... But I always use earplugs and it was totally ok.

Central position. Great price. Clean with very comfortable bed. Rooftop solarium is great. Handy vending machines for snacks and coffee. Good, free WiFi.

Air conditioning has only on or off. Unable to vary temperature so room can get too cold.

Been coming here since 2008 & always good, have stopped in most of the hotel around here but what I like is no children! Although it's not an adult only hotel I think it's because there's no swimming pool so families tend to head for the one's that have

My first room (341) was OK except for the lack of a view. Fortunately, with the help of Senor Victor I was able to change my room to 246 - the one with the curved balcony overlooking the street, palm trees, etc - for the second half of my stay!

The shower water pressure in room 246 was extremely strong. It had a mind of it's own and thrashed around like a wild dragon spraying the whole bathroom. The only way I could control it was to use it hand-held. I suppose I should have asked for someone to adjust the pressure, but after changing rooms for the better, I just couldn't give someone extra work for something so trivial!! The mosquitoes in the room were a nuisance now and again.
