Nice enough room for price, good location, would have been nice to of had tea/coffee facilities to go with the kettle (2 cammomile tea bags was all supplied and were not replenished). But all in all a good room.

Guests need to be aware of how paper thin the walls are. I could see ghus being a big issuein season. We could hear every conversation (and even private interactions!) of our neighbours and even what sounded like the Alexa shouting downstairs in the closed restaurant. Doors in other rooms seemed to not close easily so guests had to slam them closed. They could do with more signs in the stair ways and rooms reminding guests to be quiet. Everyone that came and went had to walk past our room and noone (even cleaners) did this quietly. We also feel the staff downstairs need to be aware of their volume, particularly during their "quiet hours" (as stated on the note in the room for guests to be respectful).

Location was great at the bottom off the famous Torremolinos Steps a stone’s throw from beach,views off sea brilliant from balcony,air con was good,compact room with safe,hairdryer and a nice powerful shower.(room 106) Italian restaurant downstairs pizzas were nice and done a takeout service. The people who manage here are probably the best and most positive people I’ve met and make you feel welcome.We had an early pickup at 4am in a taxi and Marco made sure in person that the taxi came which was very very helpful as calling a taxi at 4am myself in Spanish would have been stressful before a flight.thanks again M! Lovely cleaners also may I add and nothing was a problem for them.

Super location. Good price. Spacious. Beautiful view. Comfortable bed. Friendly welcome. Good communication. Lovely private terrace space (specific Deluxe only, there is a smaller terrace for other rooms but the Deluxe provides the only private space).

The only real concern was that we found a handful of small pieces of glass on the terrace outside, lucky not to cut our feet as we walked out barefoot on the first day. Inside the apartment was clean but the owner should consider asking the cleaners to check the terrace too; replacing the chairs outside would also be advised as the bottom of some had rusted and small, sharp pieces of metal were dotted around the AstroTurf. The general appearance was a little tired.

Great location near central and beach , staff very friendly, comfortable room with great sea view from the terrace, shower so good, bed comfortable and the cafe food are delicious very recommended to try they pasta dish.

We stayed at the rooftop room with terrace and with amazing view of the beach, but they need to fix the rooftop stairs gate lock because is private area but the issue is another guest keep come to check the rooftop area which ok but sometimes you need Privacy and quiet time while you have sunbathing. This only small thing our overall experience was amazing thank you.

There wasn't anything not to like! Joel got in touch a few days before with the traveller entry registration form to fill in...very simple and made check in even easier. They were in touch via WhatsApp on the day and would've answered any questions I had. I travel to Torremolinos a lot but never stayed here before. It's in a great location, local to everything you could need and the staff are polite and professional. I'll definitely stay here again in the future

The staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble, thank you! The rooms were very clean and the air con was extremely efficient. The food in the restaurant was great value for money and delicious, especially the Goats cheese & Avocado salad and the Pizza's. The location is perfect for the beach with plenty of options to eat and drink and great if you want to walk up the steps to San Miguel.

The location was fabulous and I had a tiny little balcony looking towards the sea. It was cosy and the bed was so comfortable plus nice and warm as I popped the heating on.

The door to the balcony was difficult open & close. The safe had no key but this wasn’t the hotels fault as someone had taken it away with them. I think the soap dispensers and hanging shelf in the bathroom would look more attractive of they weren’t there as there wasn’t any soap in them anyway.

Nice quirky little place right on the ,beachfront. Pleasant staff, great security with triple entry locks and key codes.. great shared seating terrace with fab views over the ocean . Italian themed restaurant below. And Hawaii bar 15 meteres away for great value choices ....dozens of bars, cafes, snack bars, ,class restaurants on your doorstep.

Steep staircase so no good if mobility issues as,only 2,story so no lift. Otherwise, fabulous place.

Staff were lovely and helpful. Rooms bright airy and clean. Also, nice touch with the small bottles of water in the room on arrival, which is great for early/late arrivals. The rooms also had air-conditioning, which makes a massive difference. The restaurant directly underneath is also very good. The food was cooked fresh and was also great value for money. Highly recommend and looking forward to my next trip here

Its not even that i didn't like it. it's my only real criticism. very minor, but there was no coffee in our room, there were only tea bags and my partner drinks coffee so that was really it.

Had a one night stay at this hotel, prior to our flight home . it's a stone's throw from the beach , very close to the old town and convenient for everything . The host Marco was really friendly and helpful and let us check in early. The room was clean and bright and had a kettle and complimentary bottles of water. We ate at the hotel restaurant and can really recommend it, the food was delicious and great value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Everything was good . The stairs could be a bit steep for elderly people and there is no lift but this wasn't a problem for us.
