The location is very convenient - close to the railway station and the airport, the beach is a few steps away. Easy to find a place by the pool, excellent breakfast and dinner, sparking wine increases the appetite at breakfast :)

If you stay at a hotel without children, you'll remember the adults-only benefits. At times it seemed that we were at a European baby gathering.

Very polite and accommodating staff. Everywhere is clean, the food is tasty, and some evenings are themed. The pools are fine, and it's close to the beach (across the road). Cocktails are made with quality spirits and not with substitutes, as is the case in other hotels. You don't hear any Russian there!

Even though the plates and mugs in the dining room were clean, the same cannot be said for the cutlery. It was sticky and sometimes had food remnants on it. I would recommend that the hotel management focus on this. Furthermore, what I didn't like was the behavior of some people. For example, in the toilet by the large pool, one man urinated directly into the sink, so my young son and I stopped using this restroom. But this is not within the hotel's power; it's just about the culture of some individuals and the fact that they are pigs...

The location is absolutely perfect, short transfer from Malaga airport. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Rooms are lovely and clean. Food very reasonable and cocktails are amazing. Would highly recommend.

Paid extra for a superior sea view room as well as a double room, only difference was they had a sea view, both had tiny balconies, could only fit 2 people on it and the superior room had 3 sleeping in it. We couldn't hang anything up in the wardrobe either because the sofa bed was placed in front of it and the wardrobe opened out 🤦‍♀️so we lived out our suitcase.

Very clean, kids loved the splash park, slides and pool. Bars in various locations made it easy to get drinks when busy. Most staff were very friendly and happy. Very much enjoyed our stay. Good selection on drinks, good breakfast/lunch/dinner in restaurants. Slight variations in selection each day for meals.

Only small issue was our room was quite small. We went for the family premium expecting to be slightly better than the ones I saw on the website (probably my fault not looking properly). We were a family of two adults, a 7 and 3 year old. We were not expecting a suite, just thought we’d fit a bit better without the small sofa bed the kids shared, blocking the door to the balcony. Maybe the premium part is ground floor location and big private balcony? We didn’t spend too much time in the room to be fair so wasn’t a massive issue.

Very nice hotel, great location right across the street from the beach & near the boardwalk, great for evening walks. The room was very spacious & clean, the staff friendly, especially the animators for the kids club. The 2 swimming pools were big & clean. They had daily activities: aqua gym, different shows every night and a lot of activities for kids, my daughter had a lot of fun! The restaurant on the beach "La Moraga" had great food. There is an outlet village 6 min away by car from the hotel, great for shopping with different restaurants/ cafes and 2 play areas for kids.

The loungers by the pool were always full, it turned out people would come early morning to reserve the chairs with their belongings and go on by their day, even if they were not by the pool at all, the chairs couldn't be used... I hope they'll do something about this! The food at the buffet was average to bad, the breakfast was okay, but lunch & dinner were not good at all. No water bottles or tissues are provided in the room, we had to buy everything.

This hotel was great! The friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. The rooms were small but beautifully decorated and comfortable, with air conditioning. The amenities were fantastic, and the breakfast and dinner options offered a wide variety of food.

The pool was surprisingly chilly, making it a no-go for swimming or using it. The gym was also tiny and most of the equipment was broken, so it was useless. Keep in mind that the location is very far away from the city centre and Ubers are irrationally expensive; we spent about 25 euros each way, which added a lot of costs to the trip.

The breakfast room was clean bright and bird friendy. Location good

This hotel is in perfect place: Journey from the airport is max. 30 minutes due to efficient train line (just 2 stations) and short 500m walk. Also visit of Malaga is thanks to this train very easy - in 45 minutes. In top of it hotel is on beautiful beach, so you can spend your time wherever you want. Next to the hotel is large free parking. Hotel itself is offering all typical "beach resorts" services, but in good way. Rooms are very nice and comfortable, food is perfect. Next time we come to Malaga, this hotel will be our choice again.

It is a very nice all-inclusive hotel, especially for families. Swimming pool was great, staff was very friendly as well.

The hotel is more suited for families with children. Not very romantic for couples. Food at the buffet could’ve been better. Pancakes were quite dry and there were birds eating the watermelons. The room was okay but unfortunately there were 2 seperate beds although I requested a double bed some time in advance. Beds were a bit hard as well. There were dirty spots in the bathroom. Overall the room didn’t really match the pictures shown on the website.

The location is good, and the reception staff is polite and helpful. The room we were given was clean. While a bit small for three people, we were comfortable. Every aspect of the facility is clean and tidy. Breakfast is good, but other meals generally feature pork products. Unfortunately, the sea wasn't very clean during our stay, so we couldn't swim. From what I observed, this bothered many people.

The pools were inadequate. There were insufficient seating areas in the evenings. A hotel like this should offer free parking to its guests.
