Loved Playitas - we stayed in villas which were lovely and spacious with own pool. Short 10min walk to main resort. Classes were excellent as were facilities overall. Fabulous relaxed pool near the restaurant/bar overlooking sea. Great variety at buffet and good quality and healthy food overall. The resort is well maintained and clean. The reception staff, especially Anny, could not have been more helpful. Bonus to be beside the sea with a lovely walk/prom alongside. Will be back!

Had to choose between heating pool or air con in villa and would have liked both!

This is our second time in this hotel. We are a family of 5 (with three school aged children) We like travelling as a family as this is the first time we ever come back to the same place again. This hotel for sure has a great manager who is very visible throughout the day. As there 5 of us, we do not often stay at the hotels, because we need to have 2 rooms, most of the time they are not connected. Here we have the luxury of staying at a villa and enjoy all the facilities the hotel has to offer. A few things stands out. 1. Facilities and equipment - not dated, modern, very well looked after. 2. Selection of activities. There are classes for all age groups and varying fitness level. You do not need to be a sports person or particularly fit to fully enjoy group classes. If you want to play tennis, golf, football, volleyball with your friends and family or even strangers, all you need to do is book and show up. 3. Quality and professionalism of instructors. I have done a fair bit of group classes before and know a lot depends on the energy of your instructor. Experience and ability is not enough. Special commendation goes to Jonna, Sophie and Elke. They are amazing, have lots of positive energy and are patient to the needs of their audience. My 13-yo daughter loved Jonna’s and Sophie’s classes in particular and for me it was important we could have this bonding time and she has positive role models right in front of her. Our whole family has also enjoyed aqua aerobics with Madonna - passionate, enthusiastic and fearless. You made us feel very much alive and fearless as well. 4 Quality of food. The menu is varied and healthy. While on a few occasions, the choice was somewhat limited, overall during our 12-day stay we had plenty to choose from. Special commendation goes to Diere who makes delicious curry. You can tell when someone likes to cook and feed people and takes pride in what they do. 5 Last but not the least: quality of customer service.

I have thought through it carefully and well…I have nothing that I did not like about the property.

Everything! We are a family of 2 adults and 3 kids and we stayed in a villa which was perfect for us. Comfortable space, great pool, in peaceful location. The facilities were excellent. We all enjoyed different classes, which were welcoming and led by friendly, experienced trainers. There were always plenty of sunbeds round the pool and there were plenty of sunny or shaded spots depending on your preference. I loved being so close to the sea for a morning swim. I have never returned to the same hotel before, but I am already planning out next family trip there and also can't wait to go solo too!

There were a couple of activities for 5-7 years each day, but we went in school holidays and the kids would have really enjoyed a few more options, particularly as they are not football players.

1/2 term family of 5 in a villa ; spacious even with 5 of us. Delighted to find it had a washing machine & drier . Pool area felt private. We used the kitchen for snacks only as went 1/2 board which overall was good value with huge choice of fresh food catering for all tastes including vegan . Emphasis on healthy but chips too! We are a sporty family , I’m a masters swimmer & appreciated the 50m pool, 3.50E for a lane for an hour and never busy. But swimming was just a tiny part of what the resort offers sportswise & there was something for everyone . Competed in a kids triathlon and an aquathlon as well as padel tennis competitions.Kids appreciated the great water slide & good Wi-Fi connection !

Bathrooms in the villa are open plan, you can see the bath from the bed and the shower is not private . Fortunately there is a 3rd shower room with a door ! Our villa was on the edge of the resort , took 10 minutes to walk to main hotel area. Just added to the exercise factor but with very young children/older guests it might seem a long way: ask for villas 4/5/6 .

Our bed (in hotel) was adequate once we asked for the two singles to be connected together, but lacked a luxury feel.

The villla was spacious, well-appointed and clean and the pool was bigger than expected.

2 very small niggles were the shower head in an awkward position in the corner and only one socket for kitchen appliances

location is excellent- pool was amazing- beds were extremely comfortable. two large en-suites.

only slight issue was the water pressure is weak in the showers
