Nice little apartement with essentials provided. Balcony is a plus in case you need to dry your swimwear. Location is excellent and the person renting it is very helpful, prompt to respond and a delight to chat with :) A free parking space can be found on the square just in front of the house, if you are lucky. Also, beds were incredibly comfy.

A kettle and a few cups would be useful. Plates and utensils would be a nice addition if the guests decide to use the provided microwave. The shower box is a bit small and could benefit from a little tray, to hold the soap. But these are just little possible improvements.

For this price, you probably won't find anything better. What mattered to us was a place to sleep, as we were traveling all day. It was a small, cozy room, and most importantly, it was in a very convenient location. The beach was just a few minutes away, and we also found a free parking lot right across.

We only missed a kettle, although there was a capsule coffee machine

Spacious and very clean, even the bedspread and cushions were freshly laundered. So close to the beach, you could hear the waves. Bakery very close. Contact is responsive.

It is a dated room that has been spruced up. Signs of forced entry on the room door doesn't make you feel secure, but it was all okay. It is in town so lots of street noise.

Location is perfect, just behind the corner of the city beach. The room is very basic, but it is clean, has separate bathroom, coffee machine with a couple of capsules and even a small balcony.

It's a challenge to get Wi-Fi password. If you manage to get it, you discover that the connection is very slow. Advice to the owners: please leave a paper with wi-fi password in the room.

This was exactly as described - simple, everything you'd expect in a non-touristy pension, and kept really clean. Great to have a fridge/freezer. Super friendly staff. Really close to the centre of Gran Tarajal, the Panaderia, the Port and the Beach

I couldn't really work out why there was a microwave but no plate or cutlery - it seemed an odd thing to include in the room. I ended up using the microwave as a food storage cupboard.

Location was great near the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants. No on-site parking but there is a large carpark a couple of minutes walk away which was perfect. Check in was super easy and fast, there was nobody at reception when I arrived so I phoned the number and was directed to my room where my key was in the door (I have basic Spanish so this was perfect for me). Room was spacious with a fridge and overall it was great value for money.

No hair dryer - it would have been nice to have one given that it can be a bit chilly in the evenings in March.

Location and price

Check in process. It is very difficult to check in if you don't have a local phone (or want to spend $$ on international roaming). The owner lives next door, he could just advise which doorbell to ring. It would make things easier.

Not clear information about payment. They have all my credit card data but in last moment I needed to pay by cash.

everything we needed was there. We booked this for 1 night, and even for a few nights i would book it again. I was also super happy with the dolce gusto coffee cups. location amazing, bed was good! the 10 i give is based on what i have booked and what i aspect. loved the little balcony with the few on the mountain.

There is nothing to complain, you get what you have booked and payed for. Hope to be back soon.
