I rated the staff high because of the woman at the front desk who was very friendly and helpful. I had also thought that breakfast was included. It was not, and it was an expensive "add-on". The room was wonderful, comfortable and clean. The cleaning staff was also friendly and helpful. The restaurant breakfast manager stood by our table almost the whole time we were there. that was uncomfortable!

As I already said, I didn't like any part of the breakfast experience, and found it expensive for what was offered. Unexpected costs are never a pleasant thing!

the room was comfortable and very nice. we were close to restaurants and shops, and had fun walking around. i would stay here again. i don't have anything else to say but i am not able to exit without more words.

the breakfast buffet was very pricey. there are better places to eat within walking distance. also didn't much care for the waiter/manager at the buffet, who stood there watching everyone.

The room was very spacious and very clean and the staff were welcoming friendly and helpful the welcoming gift was a very pleasant surprise

There was no fire safety information displayed in the hotel and the fire doors to the main staircase were not self closing and this staircase gave access to an open plan ground floor and not a protected route

The shower is very good in rain style. The bed is comfortable and the decoration is nice. The room also has a lot of light, so it is better compared to other darker rooms in other hotels.

The stool style chair in the room is not comfortable for long work in the table. The wifi connection was interrupted every few minutes, making for very difficult.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The bed is very comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom is very diligently and thoroughly maintained. Rooms are quiet inspite being close to the busy streets. The staff working at the bar was really nice and friendly.

We expected a little better breakfast. The hotel is on a hill. But everything else was fine and we had no major complaints really.

Very comfy beds and linens. Spacious rooms. The hotel is a bit dated but is pretty nice. It's a pretty good location if you don't mind walking 15-20 minutes to the main areas. Small fig which was helpful.

For a 4 star hotel they should supply coffee pods for the room. They give you two pods for the first day and then no more. We bought our own at the grocery store which is fairly close by. We've stayed in 3 star hotels that give you great coffee and re-stock each day and you could get more at the front desk. How much would more pods cost??? The fitness room is only a few cardio machines which you don't need if you're walking all day as Vigo is very hilly. I was hoping for some weights.

Staff was polite, pleasant and helpful

The cleaning staff were chatting loudly outside our room at 8am without consideration for the guests. The TV didn’t have any channels in English at all and we couldn’t connect our phones to it either. The locations wasn’t central or near the beach.

Nice hotel with excelent ammenities and very competent staff. I really enjoyed the room, specially the air conditioning and the comfortable bed. We visited the castle and the city center and found the location of the hotel to be perfect. Would definitely recommend for a short stay.

We booked a Premium and a Standard Bedroom. The difference was the somewhat better view and a coffee maschine. I am not sure the price difference of 30 Euros is totally warranted here. I also found the bathroom not very practical. The counter space of the sink was too big which made it dificult to wash your face and the base of the shower was totally flat and i had to take care not to get the floor all wet when taking a shower.

All was good and nice. Close to the kind of city centre, but 30 min walk to the port. The underground parking was good. Breakfast is nice, all you need is there. Beds are comfortable
