We were only here one night before our flight. The accommodation totally met our expectations, it was comfortable, spacious and we were able to use the pool. The staff were lovely, in particular the two young men were very helpful, one helped us check in and get oriented and the other prepared dinner and tea and took us to the airport in the morning by tuktuk. The surrounding area is nice and quiet. We recommend a visit!

There were no dishes in the kitchen.

The hotel is in the immediate vicinity of the airport, 5 minutes away by tuktuk, which is what we were looking for, as we rented a room to rest before our long night flight. Special thanks and gratitude goes to the tuktuk driver Dilshan, who, at my great request, brought me a bunch of fresh curry leaves just before we left and asked for nothing in return. If I will remember Sri Lanka for anything, it will be the super friendly people, always ready to help.

Don't keep looking for another place! BOOK HERE!!!!! This is the type of hotel and people we always are hoping we will find when we make a booking. The staff are incredibly kind and extremely helpful! Our flight was at 11pm the next night, and we were able to stay in the room and use the pool and facilities until the evening. Which was an enormous help for our family on the last day of traveling. We also bought some groceries to make some meals for my daughter, and the staff supplied us with a stove, gas, and everything needed to cook for the night. They really did go out of their way to accommodate us. Ishan one of the staff was planting flowers and adding them to every room and corner which was beautiful to see. A lot of care going into the place. The pool is great, nice temperature. Awesome for the kids. It's comfortable, ac and fans work. The only hot water shower we had in the whole month of our stay in Sri Lanka too! In summary, it's hard to find a place like this. Sometimes I would search for a 'nicer looking place' but in the end nothing beats finding a place where the people bring it alive. Don't think about it! Book here, you will enjoy.

Kind and generous staff, beautiful outdoor area, huge living space with a full kitchen, living room, bathroom and lovely bedroom. The aircon worked really well. Super cute kitten and a good guard dog too. They rescued the kitten from the road and have been feeding her so she’s gaining strength every day. Quiet property with lots of birds and greenery around.

Not much, except the hot water system wasn’t working in our room

The workers are very friendly, they don't speak english well but we find always the way to understand each other's. For one night near the airport, it is a perfect location but not more.

We booked 2 rooms and the 2nd was too dark and the smell wasn't really good in the room. Also we had a little problem with the air-condition.

The staff were very cooperative, and Thilini who was the property manager, was very helpful. I was picked up from my incoming destination and dropped at the airport seamlessly. The property is located in a village with greenery all around and also has a swimming pool. The room was ready with AC on and room freshener sprayed when I checked in. They pay attention to the details.

Probably the size of the room could have been a bit larger, but I understand the limitation since it's a converted old country house.

The property is great value for money! The bed was very comfy and the air con worked well. The WiFi was mostly fast throughout our stay. The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond, I had rented a Tuk Tuk and they helped me check it over and fix a broken rain flap. I didn’t use the pool but it looked good!

Location was close to the airport .easy to get pic me or Uber taxi .room is type apartment.main bed room is have perfect air conditioning and clean . There is staff is friendly and help full .specially Mr LAKMAL is really help full for every things.wish we will come back agin.😊 We had our night yummy chicken fired rice and chicken deval.

We needed a room to rest in before our 3:30am flight, this was perfect. Ravi the manager was excellent. The food was good recommend the hot battered prawns and cuttlefish 👍. They even arranged the airport taxi for us. The pool looked modern and clean although we didn’t use it. AC in bedroom worked well.

Book couple of days after a round trip. Calm and cousi hotel. Nice pool seround by the green garden. Tasty food, grilled fish vegetables and fries was my favorite. General Manager Mr Hugo helped us to visit Negombo Beach and visits rest of our small trips around the beautiful areas of the hotel. Definitely come back and stay longer. Safe and claim place to your start and end of the trip. Highly recommend the Airport Grean View Hotel.
