The breakfast was absolutely delightful with a great variety of local and international dishes, all fresh and flavorful. The location was perfect—peaceful, yet close to key attractions and easy to access. It felt like a true getaway.

The rooms were clean and the stay was really lovely. The breakfast did not have many options, but the food was really great. Last but not least the staff were GREAT, they were really helpful and friendly.

The only downside was that the hotel is located a bit far from the major attractions in Anuradhpura, but this is purely in comparison with other similar properties. But if you are okay with travelling a bit to reach those attractions, you will find no problem.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Alakamanda, Anuradapura Sri Lanka, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The luxurious and clean accommodations, comfy beds, coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable. My dining experience at the restaurant was truly exceptional. I would say the best food we had in Sri Lanka in my entire trip.

I had a pleasant experience at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, making it a great place to relax. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the manager and the restaurant team – they truly made us feel welcome. Breakfast was also good with a decent variety. Front office staff were helpful and pleasant.

The long stairs to the dining room were a challenge. The parking was really shabby. I'm sure the hotel will be more pleasant when the construction is finished.

The staff was very friendly and supportive. The location was good and the meals were great. We were provided fresh towels each day. The room was comfortable and spacious. The location was not very far off from the places we needed to visit. Overall a great stay.

There could have been more 13 Amp socket outlets in the room (There was only one). The water pressure was very high and could not be adjusted.

Excellent location, food, staff, room and pool facilities. Well maintained property with full of luxury. The room was so spacious and clean. We were offered welcome drinks and refreshments all inclusive for the B&B , which was so generous. Food was so good and tasty. Must stay again when we come back to sacred town.
