I have only wonderful things to say about Sithila Villa! Our room was spacious and had plenty of storage room, a hot shower, a large bed, a table and chairs, and a peaceful balcony facing the trees. There is a kitchen and living room area for your use, or you can head to the third floor to watch the sunset and admire the city views. The highlight of my stay was spending time with Chandana and his family. They made me feel comfortable and at ease, and I am very grateful for their kindness and offerings of tea, cookies and homemade meals. This was one of my favorite stays in Sri Lanka!

An ideal place if you need to stay in Colombo. I didn't expect the place to be so peaceful and quiet, considering its central location near the main road. I liked everything: - Location; - Stable internet; - Fully equipped kitchen; - Spacious common area; - Balcony in the evenings; - Super helpful modern family. I was really lucky to find such a place and in the end felt like home there.

I had a wonderful stay at Sithila Villa. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The host and family was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made sure I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious and was on time. All good! Chananda is very friendly and the atmosphere is calm. Big comfortable room with a balcony, excellent shower, comfy big bed and the internet was fast! Location is perfect. Away from the busy Galle Road but close enough to get great food.

The room was really nice, we had air conditioner, fan and mosquitier so we had everything we could wish for!🤩 The breakfasts were delicious🍌, we woke up late the first day because of jet lag✈️ we had after our flight and the family prepared “breakfast” for us even around 11-12PM which we were really grateful for.😇

Clean, with the extra bed that I required. Balcony with clothes drying line was a plus. Host was helpful in connecting the TV. Kitchenette had all the facilities to make a cup of tea.

The host was friendly, informative and had a great vibe. Very accomodating. The villa itself is spacious, bright and had lots of facilities. Super clean.

It's a bit far to walk into town, but for the price, it's a total steal!

Fans needed in the common areas as it was really hot in Sri Lanka, rooms are air conditioned so no problem in the rooms.

It was really comfortable room with hot shower, Air condition, shared clean kitchen! Owner family was really kind and helpful for everything! I definitely will be back!! :)

The place is very nice ! Bedding quite confortable, room quite big with a nice balcony and clean ! Shandana and his family are wonderful and very kind hosts. I strongly recommend to stay there if you want a warm and clean place in Mount Lavinia. If we go back to SL we will definitely book there.
