VIVAS Residencies served as an ideal accommodation for our family during our visit to Sri Lanka. It was clean, spacious, with a balcony. The staff was super friendly and attentive. Its in a convenient location with two supermarkets at close proximity.Internet connection was very fast. It was a good choice for this price for us. We will definitely be staying at Vivas once we are back in Colombo.

My wife and I were in Sri Lanka for business and leisure and hence saved a lot on food since we did our own cooking at the apartment's well equipped kitchen. The staff were phenomenal in helping us find places to visit in colombo and attending to our needs. Peaceful area. You could sunbathe on the rooftop as well. The beach is quite close to the property which is a plus. I would certainly recommend vivas. Will be back once we are in Colombo again.

The weather was slightly less sunny when we got here. Beach close by was a bit crowded although that depends on the time of day.

Bright spacious apartment with large windows and balconies attached to the rooms and the kitchen as well, comfortable bed. Also guests have access to the rooftop, so you can go up there and chill whenever you want, nobody bugs you. Prasanna was extremely friendly and helpful and made sure we left the place safe and sound by addressing an issue we had with a taxi driver and the airport drop. We are definitely going to stay here again if we go to Colombo.

Lighting in the room was rather dim and made it difficult to navigate the room after sunset

Best apartment in the city , easy access to marine drive and nearby lot restaurants and malls .feel comfortable like a home stay .

The owner of the apartment, Prasanna and Pasindu, gave us the best accommodation on our Lanka trip. The family is as hospitable as anyone can be. They welcomed us with warm smiles and went out of the way to provide excellent service. We were contacted well in advance and given a superb apartment, which comprises all that we expected. It contains a spacious living room, kitchen with amenities, and washing machine. Bedroom was spacious. We felt like home away from home. WiFi was very strong and speedy. The location of Vivas Residencies makes it easy for transportation across different parts of Colombo. On request, they provided breakfast to the room, which was very good.  The hospitality we received was similar to a star-class hotel.  It's one place we would not hesitate to recommend to someone else. The apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs as a short stop over accommodation for our family of 4 in Colombo before moving onto the rest of Sri Lanka. Pasindu was the perfect host and a true gentleman! The apartment had a nice balcony overlooking the street and while we were there we saw a beautiful religious ceremony and parade passing by in the street below. The apartments are well location, close to shops and a few restaurants. You can easily get a tuc tuc to the city from there. Internet was also good.

Very close to Lanka hospitals and Asiri Hospital as well as Ayurveda clinics. Guruva restaurant was also in walking distance was very easy for us to get dinner. Cooking was also available. Also the staff was very helpful. WiFi was superb. Clean and apartment and clean linen. Met so many other Maldivians staying at the premises. Can recommend. Elevator access to all floors was very useful.

We visited the Al Hussaini Masjid in Colombo it's very close to the apartment. There's an Indian restaurant next to the apartment it was very convenient for us. We were also able to cook our breakfast meals also because they have a good pantry and cooking gas available for free in the apartment. The apartment was very clean and the staff was available for all our requests.

The staff team were the highlight of the stay, they were friendly and really want you to enjoy your time there. Always helpful and smiling it adds to the quality of the stay. A decent supermarket is less than 10 mins walking which is good. The apartment itself is basic but spacious and the bed is big and comfortable which was fine with us and the aircon was great We had Internet problems and they immediately sent someone to fix it (done within 15-20mins) they'd had new fast Internet fitted and just needed an extra router near to the room. No more problems after that (apart from city wide planned powercuts) The kitchen utensils could do with replacement and also getting some more equipment to make it better for longer term stays. Massive thanks to the hosts for giving us a nice experience after arriving in the country
