I traveled with my husband and our 6-year-old son, and everything met our expectations. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, which was perfect for traveling with a child. Our son loved the cozy living area and fast Wi-Fi (so important for cartoons after a long day!). The location is excellent, peaceful and quiet, yet close to shops and restaurants. We also felt very safe, which is so important when traveling as a family. What made this place special was the warm hospitality. The hosts were kind, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. They even helped us with local tips and arranged a taxi for our airport transfer at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend VIVAS Residencies to families, couples, or anyone looking for comfort, peace, and a touch of local charm. We are already planning to come back next year! Большое спасибо! ❤️

VIVAS Residencies served as an ideal accommodation for our family during our visit to Sri Lanka. It was clean, spacious, with a balcony. The staff was super friendly and attentive. Its in a convenient location with two supermarkets at close proximity.Internet connection was very fast. It was a good choice for this price for us. We will definitely be staying at Vivas once we are back in Colombo.

Our stay at VIVAS was nothing short of delightful. The attention to detail, warm hospitality, and clean spacious interiors made us feel thoroughly pampered. As we were traveling with family from Canterbury, UK, this was a home away from home. We especially appreciated the quiet elegance of the surroundings and the impeccable service throughout. Exceeded my expectations. This could be a hidden gem in Colombo. Wifi was fast and stable which was a plus for me since i was able to work online there. Cooking can be done in the well equipped kitchen and laundry can be done for free using the washing machine in the apartment. Location was central and convenient.

My wife and I were in Sri Lanka for business and leisure and hence saved a lot on food since we did our own cooking at the apartment's well equipped kitchen. The staff were phenomenal in helping us find places to visit in colombo and attending to our needs. Peaceful area. You could sunbathe on the rooftop as well. The beach is quite close to the property which is a plus. I would certainly recommend vivas. Will be back once we are in Colombo again.

The weather was slightly less sunny when we got here. Beach close by was a bit crowded although that depends on the time of day.

Bright spacious apartment with large windows and balconies attached to the rooms and the kitchen as well, comfortable bed. Also guests have access to the rooftop, so you can go up there and chill whenever you want, nobody bugs you. Prasanna was extremely friendly and helpful and made sure we left the place safe and sound by addressing an issue we had with a taxi driver and the airport drop. We are definitely going to stay here again if we go to Colombo.

Lighting in the room was rather dim and made it difficult to navigate the room after sunset

Our Indian business delegation had an excellent experience at VIVAS. The location is perfect for meetings and corporate visits, with quick access to Colombo’s key business hubs. The rooms are spacious, modern, and comfortable ideal for both work and relaxation. The Business friendly amenities available are fast Wi-Fi, meeting space in the living room, and efficient service. The staff was professional, courteous, and always ready to help, making us feel right at home. A special mention to the Indian restaurant closeby which catered wonderfully to our Indian palate with both local and familiar dishes. We highly recommend it for a smooth, productive, and pleasant business stay.

The owner of the apartment, Prasanna and Pasindu, gave us the best accommodation on our Lanka trip. The family is as hospitable as anyone can be. They welcomed us with warm smiles and went out of the way to provide excellent service. We were contacted well in advance and given a superb apartment, which comprises all that we expected. It contains a spacious living room, kitchen with amenities, and washing machine. Bedroom was spacious. We felt like home away from home. WiFi was very strong and speedy. The location of Vivas Residencies makes it easy for transportation across different parts of Colombo. On request, they provided breakfast to the room, which was very good.  The hospitality we received was similar to a star-class hotel.  It's one place we would not hesitate to recommend to someone else.
