The room was excellent. With the decor making it feel very homely. The staff were also excellent, in particular Santhush who was responsible for providing room cleaning and service.

It was about 20-25mins from town centre and the nearest mall with the choice of food being around being a bit limited. But with Uber and PickMe this wasn’t a big problem

We had a great stay at the Radisson, and was made better by our room upgrade. The hotel is in a lovely location looking out to sea, and is easy to get to all areas of Colombo by TukTuk. The breakfast had a large variety of options, the room was clean and comfy and had all the facilities we needed

The view was excellent. The rooftop swimming pool is tiny though but the view is nice. This Raddison is a bit smaller than the other additions. The technical team for the business meeting was excellent. One concern about the wifi. It gets disconnected every time you go out of the hotel and then need to connect manually like airports . Also. the room service response time is around 15-20 min which I feel quite delayed compared to other hotels in Colombo. In short, I am happy with the view ( Ocean view) and the hygiene of the hotel and the food. A bit disappointing wifi system and service response time .

I loved everything about this little unique gem of a hotel, what makes this hotel extraordinary is because of the staffs that goes the extra mile to ensure the guests have a pleasant experience, From my very first step in to the hotel i was greeted with warm welcome and splendid hospitality. I went for a work meeting, events and banquets team Sridan and Nilandha went out of their way to ensure my meetings and events went smoothly as arranged and discussed. Front office staff Aedan was one of the most pleasant receptionist i have met, along with his teammates and front office manager, Trevor, Arafaath and manager bhanuka, was always met with smiles and warm greetings and ensured everything was well. I took Bnb for my stay and i have to give a hats off applause for the kitchen staff Imaadh, he personally made sure i liked whats on the buffet and made his own recommendations and always ready to serve with a smile. Of all my visits to different hotel chains, this is the first time i am leaving a personalized message because raddison colombo made feel home away from home. Also the house keeping and security guards are exceptional.

More food variety options one roof 14 menu And eat restaurant Including drinks varieties too I felt the menu was limited.

The room was very comfortable and clean and the ocean view was lovely and as we had requested. Would have liked a bit more variety at the buffet but the staff were very attentive and accommodating and friendly. thank you and keep up the good service as we recommend you to family and friends. Thank you to the staff for their service at the high tea we held for family on 3rd December 2023. the food was excellent and the staff were so obliging. it was a memorable event for us. Thank you.

The only request is for more variety in the buffet and also the cost of laundry was very high. Self service laundry would be a good idea as well.

The personnel went out of their way to cater to our needs - wonderful people, rarely felt so welcome. Special thanks to Bhanuka for always finding a way to extend the stay, finding options for late check-out and managing an attentive front desk team. Also appreciated the roof top bar and pool, where Anushka, Viraj and Thush will prepare you great food and cocktails and also give you the travel assisstance you need.

Really nice beaches require taking an uber or a driving.

great location and close to restaurants and other places we needed to get to which was the main reason for our selection. We had an Ocean View room so it was really nice especially in the morning. Reception staff were very welcoming.

Housekeeping was not quite up to mark. they forgot to replace certain items during cleaning for which we needed to call but was sent quite efficiently

From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room wasn't ready but it wasn't a problem and we could go up to the rooftop bar and pool to wait. Our room was spacious and the view was amazing. It was clean and had everything we needed.

The only downside was that the pool only had 2 sunbeds, although the lovely bar manager arranged for another 2 to be brought out.

The location is what I like best about this hotel. With the sea view and railway track, it really is my favorite spot to stay in Colombo. And the amazing sunsets at the rooftop bar is the perfect evening activity.

The quality of food seems to have gone down in recent times. I wasn’t that impressed with the standard of breakfast - would have liked more Sri Lankan foots options.

Staff at the hotel was super polite n courteous. Especially a guy called hissam or hassim not sure office name though was extremely professional and went out of the way to check me in early as I had landed at the hotel at 3:00 a.m. In fact I had booked the hotel only for one night but because of the warm hospital received at the front office from haseen or his arm sorry once again I forgot the name I converted my stay for an entire week at the Radisson and also enrolled for the Radisson membership and now I am a proud premium member of the Radisson hotel membership thank you have a great time with you guys love you
