Location right on the seafront was cool and about 30mins from the airport. The room was large however the bathroom smelt really bad, luckily was only there for 1 night. The staff were very friendly and welcoming however and helped us find a driver who we ended up relying on for the whole week! The staff at rooftop bar were also very friendly and attentive

The bathroom drains I think were in bad shape and smelt awful. There was a lot of noise in the morning from a function the hotel was hosting which could be heard from my room (quite high up). The rooftop bar needs a little refurb, for example the tables along the side were slanted so you had to hold your drinks to stop them tilting over. Of course we could have moved but we wanted to see the view

The room was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Ease of access. Breakfast was fine. Exceptional views. Tuan at the reception desk, was very very accommodating and helpful which is why we extended our stay here. Tuan made it possible for us to extend the stay here. The other staff at reception were very friendly, Delsi in the cafe was very obliging and friendly. The tall doorman whose name begins with an S (Samath something?) was very kind and polite, even helped us cross the road.

Upstairs, above our room was at times very noisy in the night - where the rooftop restaurant was.

Everything was good really. I loved the way the staff there helped me to be honest. At first, I forgot to take my charger so the receptionist there was a gentleman and it was midnight. He was very kind and very helpful. I don't remember this gentleman's name or else I would have mentioned it. He did a smooth check in process and then he dug all his drawers to find me a charger. In the morning also, all the staff were nice. There was a madam named 'Dulanshie'. She was a very kind and helpful person. She served me well and was very kind. Their chef was an amazing person and their sweet corn egg drop soup was on point. So good. Thank you.

we were stunned by the view over the ocean and it was nice to have a bathtub which costs a little extra. the staff was super friendly and helpful. it was perfect to read a book in the comfortable chairs and have a great view on the ocean

it was quite expensive though and we could see that it used to be quite luxurious and now you could tell the years has past. there are also very few electrical plugs in the room and all of them located in one corner.

Very good location in Colombo with a great view of sea from the room. Clean and comfortable beds, good size family room with lot of space and seating area. Amazing view of Indian Ocean from the room. Polite and helpful staff, roof top restaurant and ground floor restaurant with delicious food. General manager Priyantha had a chat with us to see if our needs were met while we are there. Thuwan and the staff were very helpful, Dalsi from the restaurant made sure that we have all that we need while dining.

Nothing to dislike

Best view as given in photos, relaxed stay. You won't take your eye off from the Sea straight from room window. Combination of all kind of medium of transportation seen from room. Restaurant room service is great. Food from Restaurant which is located at their ground floor is good.

Food is below average from Terrace lounge. Less options and weird taste. Seating arrangement is bit conjusted for breakfast served at restaurant. Not able to accommodate people who are staying at hotel food wise and seating wise.

I am writing this feedback to express my appreciation for the amazing experience that I had during my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment I arrived to the time of my departure, everything was just perfect. To start with, the sea view rooms offered by your hotel are simply breathtaking. The room was spacious, well-designed, and provided an astonishing view of the sea that made my stay all the more memorable. The bed was comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep after a long day of traveling. Throughout my stay, I was impressed with the helpfulness and politeness of the staff. Receptionist Steven’s hospitality service was top-notch, making my late-night arrival much more comfortable. The sandwich he arranged for me was thoughtful and a welcoming touch. I also appreciated the extra effort made by the waiters at the breakfast buffet, especially Raj, who always made sure that I had everything I needed. Moreover, I must say a special thanks to the bell-mans, security officer, and both the day shift receptionists. They were all very friendly and catered to all my needs. Lastly, I must commend your hotel's location, which is near the city center and to all the tourists attractions around Colombo. Transportation services arranged by the reception or bell desk saved me the trouble of arranging them, making my travel experience smooth and effortless. Overall, my stay at your hotel was an unforgettable experience, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Colombo. Thank you for your hospitality. Wifi was not stable enough to work online. But a gentleman from Engineering tried helping, The problem is more likely from the network provider, cannot complain to tue hotel

The location was really good. 7km away from One Galle Face shopping mall. There's a supermarket a few blocks away. The train station is also nearby. The room was facing the ocean, so we could sleep and wake up looking at waves. Very beautiful and relaxing. The room and the other common areas were so clean. We didn't even see a single fly. Spacious rooms and nicely arranged. Although it is next to a road/ train line, we didn't hear any noise (a room on the 8th floor). We came to SL a few days ago. But only after coming to this hotel we could actually get a good sleep. Food was good too. Clean dining area and a good variety to choose from. There were both vegetarian and non- vegetarian food. Most importantly the staff exceeded our expectations. I was unwell when I first arrived having stomachache. But Dulcy was very helpful and kind enough to look after me like family. Same with Ajith and Samantha. Very caring and friendly. They seriously deserve a pay rise for their exceptional service! 🤗 Overall we are very happy about everything. We will definitely book again when we visit Sri Lanka next time... ♥️♥️♥️

The sea view facing hotel is fairly well maintained and breakfast is alright. The front office staff namely Shani Ma , Steven and concierge Sampath ..Dalsy from Restaurant were all accomodating and pleasant. Above all The General Manager Mr.Priyantha displays empathy and lends a listening ear patiently. The strength of the hotel lies in their staff attitude

The bathrooms are not well lit and a little jaded. The hot water also takes a fair amount of time to come
