The owner was very kind and we were always met with a big smile and friendly greeting. He saw us waiting for our tuk tuk in the heat & brought us a glass of refreshing drink. We were allowed to view a couple of different rooms to choose from and both were very clean. Although it is a little out of the way, we enjoyed the location - close to supermarkets, pharmacies and only short walks to many restaurants & coffee shops. Only a very short tuktuk ride to the centre of Colombo & any major tourist spots.

the air conditioning wasn’t very good.

Nice location, 7-11 and nice coffee shop is nearby. Nice and accomodating manager. The room is small, but it is perfect for couple of nights. AC and comfortable bed. Few blankets and towels.

Only one outlet in the room.

Well located is easy to go to the centre of Colombo by bus and we took a pick me to go to the airport too. Big room with balcony and A/C and nice bathroom with all the facilities. They washed our clothes too.

Valuable For Money and staff is very friendly. The location was so good.

Concerned staff. Excellent I'm the way they treat their guests. The receptionist made our stay wonderful by doing the appropriate needs.

The space of the room was bit tight, but that's it.

The management is friendly and available. Hotel was clean and room too. You can tell they put effort in it. The location works for me.

Out of 8 lockers only 2 had keys. No place to hang clothes. Very small room.

Nice place and it's in a best location I just went to see my Girlfriend who was at supun apartment and this place is near to that

Sheets were a bit dirty, however not more than many other places we stayed in the country
