Very friendly and attentive staff, quck check-in/out, good restaurant and good alternatives nearby, water bottles in room generously replenished daily, small but nice pool, cozy atmosphere, attractive design.

Operating light switches in room confusing, cockroach in bathroom (which was quickly removed though), hotel is on a busy street so some rooms may be noisy during daytime.

Very spacious and well equipped room- with all amenities we needed. Lovely pool and alfresco area. Staff were helpful and friendly. Close to shopping.

On the night of our stay there was a private function. This meant the outside restaurant was closed. Inside options had a changed menu from what was advertised. Inside allowed smoking- hence we went elsewhere. Staff did their best to accommodate though.

Staff were very attentive and friendly. The hotel was exactly as in pictures, clean spacious room and lovely pool to cool off on. Balcony overlooked the pool. Breakfast menu was extensive and catered to all. We also ate at the restaurant and it was tasty - slightly more expensive than of you ate outside but great after a long flight.

The location is excellent in terms for getting around Colombo. It is hidden on a main road so you do get road traffic but it fades into the background and with the AC on you don't really hear it at night at all. No hand towels in bathroom if I was going to be super picky. All in all a great stay

Superb staff (from front desk, to housekeeping to the restaurant/lounge)- felt very welcomed. The location is also great with many good restaurants and shops around. Beds were very comfortable which is great for longer stays

Rooms facing the road are a little loud, but the insulation in the room is good.

It's a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. The room was small but comfortable. Good central location in Colombo 3 district. Sri Lankan breakfast was beautiful. Hotel has a spa and gym for you to experience.

Due to the style of building as a courtyard the room was dark with no view for the price. Room service food is aimed at Western visitors with no option to enjoy Sri Lankan cuisine. Breakfast is a la carte only due to low visitor numbers. This needs to be stated for people booking as part of the joy of hotel holidays is the experience of a buffet.

The great stay there and the location is perfect Everything is beautiful, but the best thing is that the hotel staff are very wonderful and helpful. Housekeeping is the only weak point in this hotel. But still the hotel deserve 10 because of the great reception desk they are trying to help, but unfortunately, the housekeeping are terrible, I have to request the front desk every time to request the housekeeping for cleaning the room, the thing which I really doesn't like: I asked them to clean the room they clean it but unfortunately they use the same towels and bedsheets, they just wrap the old dirty towels and put it again although it wasn't changed for 2 nights

The service was excellent. I traveled with my elderly mother. The staff took exceptional care of her. They were very conscientious with her ice pack and medicine holder which had to be frozen and then retrieved at 6 AM. Room service was good. Fast, clean, efficient. Location is very central, and perfect for running errands etc,

There were no grab bars in the shower cubicle. This would be a great enhancement to the already lovely washrooms. The room s(on the ground floor), was not that quiet as we heard the staff. It wasn't a deal breaker thought.

It was such a great start to our honeymoon. The staff really are the stars at Colombo Court Hotel, their customer service was amazing. All the extra touches were there and everything you needed for a great stay. Couldn’t fault the staff or the effort they made to make us comfortable. The food was fab and they were great with allergies. The pool was a great additional as well and we enjoyed getting to use the spa during our stay too!

Due to the water pressure, it was very hard to run a bath and water could be quite slow in the shower.

Colombo Court is a smart, stylish hotel in a good spot in the city. Our room was spacious and comfortable. There was an excellent choice of breakfasts and we enjoyed our Sri Lankan breakfast selection. We also ate in the rooftop restaurant which was also very good. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The wifi/internet was ok although there was a tendency for phones to drop off the network as we moved around the building. If staying again, we would ask for a quieter room away from the traffic noise.

Fantastic management has everything done amazing. From arranged airport pick up until we left, just a great service. Our room was very clean, everything was new and well looked after. Amazing spa and pools, pretty tasteful interior everywhere, a pleasure. Greet helpful stuff at the reception, outstanding restaurant with amazing, local and general food for breakfast, lunch and evening. Beautiful little green oasis in the middle of the city. The will come again.
