Everything. The location is heart of buzzing city, quite convenient to shopping anything. I was able to walk to the stores. Reception area is comfortable and clean. Very large area also. Outside of the room also clean. Room was very comfortable and had all the facilities.

It need to have a good paint job that's all. There were black mold on the wall of room and bathroom. Otherwise it 10 out of 10.

I was told, there is no breakfast or tea. I went out to get my every meal. I think, this is the main disadvantage which will have a huge impact on our choice of hotels.

We will prefer hand shower. If you can change the check in time from noon 12 pm to 6 am in the morning, we will appreciate it as this will help us to find a hotel to stay when we return from Jaffna in the morning and refresh and go to the airport on the same day afternoon to take our flight to abroad.

EVERYTHING WAS GOOD But I was 1000 LKR more PLease book in LKR

Market exchange rate was 1 INR=350 lkr official and ( PRACTICALLY I GOT 1 INR 370LKR ) and I was charged 14400 LKR FOR 3747 R, OR 45.14 USD. As per me i was charged rs 1000 lkr more.

Located in precious location where all the travel options are accessible. Rooms are good conditions and clean. Staffs are good and professional. In this location price for the rooms are cheap and value for the money

Smoking small coming out side the rooms.

The location is center of everything. It's easy to get transportation and food also general shopping.

Would be nice to have rooftop access at night for dinner.

Very nice stay at this venue, felt very comfortable and we will recommend staying here. Such a convenient location. fantastic hospitality and service, especially the Security Guard and the Housekeeping staff, they were very ready to respond to anything we needed or requested.

Water tap wasn't working in the bathroom.

The advert says “ near the station” which I took to mean a main station but it’s not, it’s a little commuter station.

Location good if possible can you provide breakfast
