All the staff treated me very well polite and smiles all the time. Indrajith looked after my comfort in the room and rang me every morning asking about any complaints that I had and trying his best to do good housekeeping. The people in the restaurant they also doing good job. On check out day at the last moment, they kind enough to prepare special meal for me that I requested and the food was so so tasty. I will give full credit to the restaurant manager and the chef.

There's nothing that much to say. I was worried about mosquitoes in my room. The reception should be aware of the available rooms.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Daily room service kept the room clean and fresh like every day was my first day there. Close proximity to all main facilities in Colombo made it easy, cheap, and quick to move around by Tuk Tuk.

Being located close to the main road made it a bit loud, but it was not a major issue and did not disrupt my sleep. Minor occasional Wi-Fi disruptions left me with no access to internet few times, but not for long and it was not a major issue.

Room felt comfortable for 1 person with adequate space to keep the luggage. Comfy bed, pillow could have been a bit flat and soft. Good flow of shower with hot water. Perfect location in Galle road with access to local shops. AC in working condition.

Wifi could be better. There was no shower gel or body lotion. Toilet seat needs to be replaced as it was stained, but not dirty.

Beds are so comfortable, they do house keeping everyday, staff was friendly, polite and nice. Whenever you request something (Ex: cultural food) they provide it willingly and chef got magic hands to prepare delicious food. It is a pleasure to stay in this hotel. I will recommend to my friends and relatives. whenever we come next time definitely I choose this hotel.

The Hotel was clean, spacious and the staff were friendly and professional and service was prompt. Food was nice also.

Sometimes the water didn't work continuously throughout the day. But it was quickly rectified.

This hotel is excellent, well-maintained, and conveniently located between the shopping areas of Pettah and Maharagama. The staff is incredibly polite and helpful. When I requested a room change from twin beds to a double bed, the manager personally attended to it, showing me the available options. Moreover, the hotel features a spacious restaurant on the 2nd floor and a delightful rooftop restaurant.

Hotel Wi-Fi was useless, and the Utensils at the restaurant were not properly cleaned.

All staff really friendly, especially room service manager mr. Indrajith was really helpful. Sri Lankan breakfast was excellent. The chef and the staff was very friendly always.
