The villa-style property has a lovely, welcoming aesthetic with a peaceful front garden and a secure atmosphere. The staff were consistently courteous and helpful, which created a warm experience. The rooms are neatly presented, and the general ambience feels residential and quiet - ideal for those seeking rest.

The location is quite far from the airport, yet the pricing is similar to more conveniently located accommodations. The first room allocated had no natural light, with a window facing a wall - this wasn’t communicated beforehand and felt extremely claustrophobic. I had to upgrade to a better room, which wasn’t ideal. Additionally, laundry is charged per item (with extra fees for drying), which can add up quickly. Only cash payments are accepted, which can be inconvenient given the nightly rate and the need to withdraw large sums unexpectedly.

We booked the standard double room but we got upgranded upon our arrival. The size of the room was enormous, excellent cleaning conditions both the room and the bathroom. The mattress and the pillows were in very good condition, with fresh soft high quality bedsheets, the staff was helpful, warm and very hospitable! The location is in a nice district with many options around in terms of food, transport, shopping. We had our own balcony and we got served coffee in the room without any additional charge! After 2 months travelling in India, our stay in Silvikris Villa was the best welcome of Sri Lanka! The small details of the interior decoration, the facilities and the space management of the Villa made it one of our favourite accommodations that we ever stayed! We might spend another night in Colombo and definetely that would be in Silvikris Villa!!

Good and very clean villa. Extremely friendly staff who were happy to help and serve us coffee if asked. Good, stable wifi, I made video calls all day without a problem. Excellent value for money. Very comfy beds and no noise at night. Villa is about 8km away from the city centre (Pettah Market/slave island etc), easily reached by tuk tuk.

The room wasn't made up during our 3 night stay, we had to ask for extra toilet paper. Also, the staff didn't seem to know much about the local area - restaurants etc, but they were very friendly :D.

Staff doesn't know much about the surroundings so you have to arrange and check all your requirements yourself whether you want something or need a cab. Location is approx 7-8km away from the main areas like port city or face mall or Gangarama temple. Although you can easily get a tuktuk through Pick-me but if you don't want to then select something that is near to one of those places.

Staff and owner extremely nice. They were willing to help me so much by arranging transport for airport late in the night. I'm gonna keep a very sweet memory of this place where I came twice (let's have a third time for my next stay in Colombo;) ) Dear staff and owner, thank you for everything

Located a bit far from the main sites (Although tuktuks are not too expensive) After messaging the property after my wife was unwell just before our travel, I had hoped they would only charge us the lower price of nights stay.

A beautiful and quiet villa with incredible and helpful staff, I really enjoyed my stay there. The room was just awesome , comfortable and a lot of space for everything. I highly recommend staying there!

It's near the nugegoda flyover, the staff is good, the room is clean, and the bathroom. AC,TV, fan, electric kettle and a hair drier included. Also the common area is good.
