The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel itself is a unique blend of charming antique elements and modern touches, seamlessly combined. The rooms, bathroom, and pool were impeccably clean, and the property was meticulously maintained. Breakfast was delicious and portions were generous. Overall, a fantastic stay!

The sliding doors in the wardrobe were a bit difficult to move. Other than that, everything else were above expectations.

An exceptionally beautiful and spacious room on two levels, with a luxury bathroom including a large outdoor tub. Lovely view of the pool from the ground floor. Definitely the most beautiful room of our holiday. The pool was very clean and beautifully illuminated by night. The garden is very pretty and Baby-friendly!

They only serve western breakfast, no Sri Lankan option. The breakfast was good but served fairly late (after 8:30) which was challenging for us as we are travelling with an infant that wakes up at 6 am. Otherwise it's tasty, the best western breakfast we had in Sri Lanka and the only one featuring as decent toast. Limited vegetarian options on the main menu. Forgot to clean our room once despite us asking for it. Did clean it very well the next day however and apologises for the inconvenience.

The staff without exception were customer focused and informative. This really is a boutique hotel in a quiet location with a great pool and garden. The breakfast was very very good, the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The complimentary tuk tuk to the fort area was a bonus and more than made up for a lack of facilities in the immediate area. Would return again and definitely recommend the Villa White Queen.

Breakfast was very good - option of Sri Lankan or 'English' breakfast. Very nice and plentiful. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Room was fabulous, very spacious and comfortable for a family of 2 adults and 2 children.

Whilst food is available throughout the day, the options are limited for evening meals/dinner. We only ate in the hotel restaurant on one evening of our 5 night stay. All other evenings we ate in Galle as the variety of options was great. I think we would have done this irrespective, as we wanted to see more of the region.

We LOVED our stay at the Villa White Queen. Fabulous accommodation and the best staff. Without doubt one of our favourite stays anywhere (and we travel a lot) The room was lovely, very comfortable bed, good shower etc etc Food was also good. The pool area was perfect and the best place to cool down after a hot day sightseeing. Shout out to the fabulous Savinder and the wonderful team at Villa White Queen - friendly, helpful, sincere and just the best staff we have met on our travels - we are recommending a stay at Villa White Queen to all our friends and we will be back!

Beautiful property that we had to ourselves for most of the stay. Staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. It was a quick 5-min tuk tuk ride to Galle Fort, making it easy to go out for dinner. The breakfasts were great and we had dinner one evening, which was also lovely (however a very limited menu). Our room was huge and very comfortable!

The room could’ve done with higher quality furniture and due to the layout it wasn’t furnished very conveniently to maximise the space. Maybe some mesh screening on the bathroom windows and outside door to keep out the mosquitos?!

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at! Wonderful staff, stunning property and beautiful clean rooms - we stayed in one of the villas as a family of 4 and were so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, esp the Sri Lankan one. Less than 10 min drive to Galle Fort and we also enjoyed going to the Turtle Sanctuary nearby. We loved our stay so much we went back for another night at the end of our trip. Will be recommending to anyone we know going to Sri Lanka.

The breakfast area gets quite hot and there were a few flies which my 2 year old didn’t like but they kindly served us breakfast in our room which was so lovely

We recently spent a wonderful 10 nights at Villa White Queen in Galle, and it was an exceptional experience. The property was impeccably clean, and every corner was well-maintained, creating a relaxing and comfortable environment throughout our stay. The team was incredibly friendly, always willing to help with a warm smile, which truly made us feel at home. And the food – absolutely delicious! Every meal was thoughtfully prepared and consistently flavorful. Thank you, Villa White Queen, for an unforgettable stay. Everything was great.

The first thing which takes your breath away is the entrance and reception area with its high ceilings and fish pond. The Villa was a considerable size and felt like sheer luxury. There was an outside bath which was very unique, the bed was huge and very comfy. Lots of seating areas and double wooden doors leading to the pool. The food was delicious and breakfast was outstanding, with a choice of how you like your eggs cooking. The staff couldn't do enough for you and were so polite. It's amazing what lies behind the walls of this villa.. Beautiful gardens and fish pond.

Fabulous place, excellent staff and we really enjoyed our 4 nights here in Galle. The food was brilliant and well worth eating here as well, breakfast was very good and they do a Sri Lankan breakfast if you ask. Bit of walk in but nice not to be in the bustle of Galle, takes about 20 minutes and get a tuk tuk back if you want to avoid an uphill climb (550R). the pool is first class , best we had in Sri Lanka. They sorted out a safety deposit box on request. Just wished they'd had cocktails and there was some building work going on while they finished the restaurant building, otherwise would have been a 10.
