We just stayed for one night after a very big day of traveling, we had no problem checking in even though we arrived at 11pm, the hosts were super welcoming and nice. The room was clean, big and comfortable. In the morning we had the breakfast which was included in the rooftop with a great view. Also when we order an uber in the morning the driver was having issues finding the place (although the location was not the issue) and the host talked to him on the phone a number of times to try and help. Overall very nice people and very nice place, I would recommend!

- nice balcony - nice rooftop - clean room and shared bathroom - 24 hour reception - tasty breakfast - host knows a lot of tours that are budget friendly, including safari trips in Sigiriya area. Can’t find any lower price - close to airport

- slightly hard to find bc tucked away in an alley - train will pass by in the morning, which is very loud. But not frequent train, maybe one or two in the morning - airport shuttle service is more expensive vs PickMe. Can book on your own

Owners were very helpful, communicated via WhatsApp and facilitated a very late checkin (~12:30am). It’s fairly basic but clean, with a fan in the bedroom and single plug socket for charging (very standard for SL). The communal co-working station and rooftop terrace were both very spacious. Breakfast was tasty. They helped me arrange my transport and were really welcoming.

Communication over booking.com messaging was not the fastest, but I only reserved shortly before arriving. I’d suggest booking more in advance and/or asking for their WhatsApp as they were super responsive once we communicated that way. Only other feedback would be that the fan needs dusting! Note that the rooms are up one flight of stairs (I had a large suitcase and it was no problem), and don’t have a lock (I felt perfectly safe as a solo traveller, but just FYI).

The owner was so friendly and helpful! He helped us with a SIM card, picking us up from the airport & any other questions we had. The rooms were super clean and spacious! If you are needing a 1 night stay before going to or after coming from the airport we would definitely recommend.

The rooms had no air con just a fan (we managed to sleep perfectly fine still but if air con is a must for you then you might need to find elsewhere). The property is in a quiet area which is good but if you want to be somewhere with a lot to do then you should stay somewhere else.

The property is located near the airport and it is perfect if you arrive late at night or you must catch an early morning flight. They also provide a transfer service to and from the airport at any time of the day and night, which is very convenient. The owner will also help you arrange the rest of your trip by giving useful advice and booking transfers and activities for you. The rooms are simple but have everything you need, and they serve delicious local breakfast. Highly recommended!

Very close to the airport, wonderful stop for a quick sleep over. Owner even organised transport to and from the airport for $10 USD. Very convenient especially early in the morning or late at night. Easy to communicate over WhatsApp. Breakfast included with basic amenities, no A/C but fan provided. Didn't need anything more.

The room was super clean and even the shared bathroom was nice.

The airport lift arrived at sri lankan time, which was disappointing. Staff didn't communicate or respond to anything in advance. The location is quite hard to find and because of the lack of roads, the route to the airport is actually 5 km, 1000 rupees and 15 minutes so its not like its right next to the airport. There's nothing nearby. No mosquito nets which was very upsetting.

Nice and comfortable room close enough to the airport for a one night stay. Nice rooftop area. Really good breakfast provided before our flight.

Location is good for the airport but not close to anything else. We used delivery to get pizza ordered. Tuk tuk to airport they offer is not the cheapest at $6 you can probably get cheaper elsewhere but we used for convenience. Room was hot even with fan going.

Great value stay. Close to the airport, and host picked us up on arrival when landing late in the evening. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Good shower and all facilities needed are provided.

The room we stayed in didn’t have any curtains so was very bright in the morning, however we were leaving early so wasn’t too much of an issue for us.

We stayed there just a few hours during the day before our flight. Very cheap, we paid 12 $, breakfast included but we didn’t have it because we left same day Very very clean, brilliant staff, 15 min drive to the airport and very easy to book Uber. Very recommended!
