We had an amazing stay at this place! The villa is new and very well-maintained, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The host is incredibly friendly and attentive, and it’s clear that this is a family business run with care and dedication. The room we stayed in was spacious, with a lovely balcony and a very comfortable mattress—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The villa is conveniently located just 15 minutes from Colombo Airport, making it an excellent choice for travelers. We arrived quite late, around 1 am, and the host patiently waited for us, greeted us with iced tea, and even helped us with our luggage—such thoughtful hospitality! We also had breakfast here, which was delicious and came in generous portions. The host arranged transportation for us twice and was always quick to respond to any questions or requests. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

as the only one of the 9 accommodations during our stay met absolutely everything, i.e. it was clean, had two twin beds, was bright thanks to the all-glass balcony, had air conditioning and had a cupboard outside the desk to put things away. The proximity to the airport is probably the biggest benefit of the location, but the value for money is excellent.

I was a bit bothered by the smell of cockroach spray, but on the other hand, at least there was none and the smell could be ventilated by opening the balcony and air conditioning.

The host Vitha and his wife were so welcoming and kind when we stayed. They were very helpful and gave good recommendations and general conversation. The rooms and facilities were also very well looked after and they even welcomed us at 4:30am and let us sleep in a spare room until our room was ready as our flight landed in the early hours of the morning,

The property is a little bit far away from the main city of Negombo and the beaches/fish market etc. But only about 5 minutes on a Tuk Tuk (which are very easy to arrange with the PickMe app that our host showed us)

This place is amazing. Super clean. Super comfortable, all new, calm and perfekt location if you want to go the Airport afterwards. This was the most comfortable and clean place i stayed in Sri Lanka. But even more special is the couple who runs this plase. Vithas and Shriya are the most loving people. They made my stay so special. I truly felt like at home staying with my own family. ❤️ This place is very very special and full of LOVE. I definately reccomend this place from my heart. Thank you VITHAS, Thank You Shriya. 🙏❤️I will come back!

Absolutely Nothing!!!

We only stayed about 12 hours as we had a 3:30 in the morning flight. The manager was there promptly when we arrived, later on in the evening, and even when we caught our taxi after midnight. the room was large and spacious and wonderfully cool with air conditioning. As the temperatures in Sri Lanka were higher than the 90s, thank you. We were given specific instructions on how to take the bus from 4 hours away, which bus to take, and the specific stop to get off.

Welcoming hosts with charming smiles and exceptionally clean property. Vitha is very knowledgeable on the area with regard to history, shopping, culture, food. Sriya makes great iced tea and gives a very warm welcome. Looking to visit again!

Giving a 9 out of 10 because of no electric kettle and no mini fridge in the room. Still, Vitha most obligingly made hot water for early morning tea.

The owner was really nice and friendly. We made a very last minute booking which was no problem. The hotel has great facilities. Beds are good, A/c is great, bathroom is nice. Everything was great, and amazing value for the price. And super close to the airport, he arranged a driver who came perfectly on time :) perfect transit hotel!

Maybe just a personal thing but the place could have a bit more ''soul'' :) But others might like it more like this!

Perfect place to get some cool quiet rest. We arrived after a very long trip from the United States and could not have asked for a better place to sleep. Great location with restaurants near be. Very kind family run guesthouse. Owner was a very nice person, helping us arrange transport to Sigiyara.

Very clean hotel! Good new furniture. The beds are very big and good matress. Hot shower with good water pressure. Host is very friendly and helpful.

They asked too much (3500rs) for airport transfer, because its only a 10/15 min ride. And pickme is only 800rs. So i think 1000/1200rs is a good hotel service price.

A perfect place to stay! The owner arranged transportation to and from the airport. The room was spacious, clean, and both the towels and linens smelled fresh. It was also very roomy, and the price was excellent! I would definitely go back anytime I’m in Sri Lanka and need to spend a night in Negombo.
