Felt like we had found a little bit of paradise, The views hit you as soon as you walk in The room was lovely and clean and well-maintained with nice decor and all the essentials. Tea ,coffee, and so on The host was lovely and friendly and made us feel at home, The traditional Sri Lankan breakfast was delicious and massive. Would definitely stay again

Silva, the manager, is an absolute gentleman and perfect host - we chatted away most of the afternoon on the garden terrace whilst taking in the stunning views and sipping cold drinks from the wicker egg chair. It is a bit isolated from town but I knew and liked that. Jungle beach 15 mins walk away but for the more adventurous of you, may I suggest Ketature beach some 1.5 miles away and a lovely walk - here you find a small idyllic beach that was almost deserted and a cool ramshackle beach bar that sells cold coconuts to freshly enjoy….. There are a few decent restaurants nearby. The rooms are tired but clean and the bed and a/c v good and breakfast nice, again, on the terrace Excellent value for money and thanks again, Silva 👊🏻

Great location if you like peace. Manager, Mr. Silva was very helpfull with recomendations for excursions and restaurants.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The view was simply gorgeous. Every morning there was a sunrise by the ocean. The room was very nice. There is a spacious bed, refrigerator, air conditioning, tea station, wardrobe. The only thing was that the hot water in the bathroom didn't work well, but it's not critical for such a hot place. It is important to understand that this is more of a guest house than a hotel, so you will be treated here as expected and loved guests. Silva helped us with everything and was friendly. I am very glad that we chose this place, and I would love to come back here. This is a place far from Veligama. The center of Veligama is a 35-minute walk away. Keep in mind that the walks will be long, or you can take a tuk tuk to get to the desired location. The breakfasts were a bit monotonous. This is a place for unpretentious people, if you don't have high expectations, then you will really like this place and you will want to come back here, just like us.

We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. Rooms are spacious and tidy, AC works really well. The location is amazing, you have both great views on sunrise from the terrace and sunset from a parking lot or (if you want to spoil yourself) a restaurant directly next to KK. The real treat are the hosts though: Silva offered pick up and transfer without us even asking for it, has great recommendations, is friendly and caring. His family is lovely as well. When we are back in Sri Lanka we will be back at Kennos Korner for sure! Be sure to check out the access to the bay, snorkeling in the morning and watching crabs in the evening. There was no regular room service, but since we didn't ask for anything we can't complain

Very lovely location, with a great view and easy access to the main town. Hosts were very welcoming and gave us lots of local recommendations as well us taking us out for meals and cooking for us.

Silva was an incredible host to us. So friendly and welcoming to us, attending to our questions and needs. We felt like we were family during our stay, we couldn't have asked for more. The property is located in a stunning corner of the beach with beach access and brilliant snorkeling at your door step.

Silva is the most generous host, he goes out of his way to make sure you're having the best time. The place is magical and so peaceful. Silva took us snorkeling this morning, a truly beautiful experience. Delicious breakfast, comfy beds .... we will be back.

This place has stunning views of two (sneakily 3) surf spots. One from the back yard two out the front door. The manager Silva is the kindest soul, and very accomodating. His wife fixes some nice breakfast and takes great care of upkeep around the premises.
