We absolutely loved our stay here and can't wait to be back! The family were so welcoming, friendly, helpful and kind. The room was above expectations and great value for money. Everything was clean and new. The meals were great, the outdoor dining area was a fabulous unexpected treat, and you absolutely cannot beat that view. We only stayed the one night on our way back to Colombo, but it's a fabulous place for a longer stay and we intend to spend a lot more time there.

It was our first trip to Sri Lanka and our first stay at the hotel. And it was such a great and nice welcome. The hosts were super friendly and made us feel like we are staying not in the hotel, but rather as a part of the family. Breakfasts were great with a beautiful view - the same place was awesome to watch the sunsets over the palm trees. Once we saw a couple of mongooses nearby - they were so cute. Also, we received good tips on how Sri Lanka culture and city works plus hosts were super helpful with our little challenges here and there - they helped us to rent a bike. Plus we had to change the battery on our iPhone - and it was done with no delay.

The location is fabulous, located on a small hill over the beach. ocean view, amongst jungle, monkeys in the trees … the sound of the ocean, wind blowing in the palms - this place is idyllic. Quick access to the beach. The best part are the owners, they are the friendliest people you will meet on the island, and will cater to all your needs.

At this only 1 room has air conditioning, but the owner has plans to put in more AC units. However, the rooms do get a sea breeze, with the doors open the rooms are quite cool.

The property location is amazing - surrounded by rainforest and wildlife, while overlooking the coconuts beach. There's also a shortcut directly to the beach, takes like 2 mins. My hosts Chami and her husband were extremely nice and helpful. They maximised my comfort and fulfilled every little request. The breakfast was lovely, and Chami would happily prepare the fruits after my morning surf session (as per my request).

the location is on perfect place (on the top of the hill with amazing view) where you can enjoy breakfast or just a cup of tea with the beach view. at the same time this place is very safe. it is hideen house in local street (on the end of the street). We were lucky to see many kind of birds, squilers or even black monkeys in trees! this place is great! Owners are very friendly and always helpfull! if you need, they help you to manage motorbike/tuk tuk/Laundry. Breakfast are also amazing and we apreciate it! we will always come back here!

The location was very nice. We loved the view on the sea! The hosting family was very kind and friendly. Champa (mum) prepared for us deliciouse dinner and Chanu (son) was very helpful with transport and gave us good advice on local highlights (Turtle rescue in Kogala, Galle). If you like quiet, local atmosphere surrended by nature- this is your place!

Beautiful location overlooking the sea, amoungst the wildlife and away from the noisy road. Wonderful host family will do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. Very good breakfast.

Amazing view from the room. Beautiful nature around. Tasty, authentic, local food. Warm hearted people. Very quiet surfers coconut beach 2 minutes away. Unforgettable stay. Happy to come back anytime.

Lovely local family always there to help you with all you need. The house is very quiet and clean, and the location itself is simply amazing, with a spectacular view.
