The staff was really friendly, breakfast options were excellent, great location, the restaurants around the hotel were good. All in all, a great stay! When Hittaut season 2025 starts again, we'll be back!

If you're a plus sized person, the showers in the room we selected may be too small. The room lacked a kettle, but it was an easy fix by just asking at reception :) If you want to use the sauna and want it very warm, let them know longer than 30 minutes in advance. All issues are really minor, so just good to know about, but absolutely not worth making you reconsider this hotel because it really was a great stay :)

I was particularly impressed by the customer service. I checked in with Caroline who was welcoming, helpful with all of my questions and was smiling. I have to also mention Jonas who was on duty at the reception at night. He was providing great customer service and ensured I had a very pleasant stay as a result.

It’s not that I didn’t like it, it was more that I hoped there was a bigger variety in the takeaway breakfast. I know it’s not easy to do but I wished the sandwiches were much better.

This hotel is older but the location and amenities are perfectly fine. I enjoyed my spacious room, the bathtub for relaxing, and the sauna and gym facilities. The breakfast was amazing and it got me off to a great start on both of my days. I appreciated the decor in the hotel and would definitely stay again.

I would have liked help with the bike rentals but each time that I came down to the lobby it was quite busy. The city is quite walkable though and I made do just fine without a bicycle.

Hotel is located in the centre of the Borås. It’s quite close to the main attractions and there are a lot of restaurants and shops in the walking distance. Breakfast was delicious and staff really friendly.

Rooms are quite small. Street parking is limited.

Wrong information received at reception regarding parking (2 hr free instead max 2hours paid at a time). It costed Parking fine to some of the other travellers with us.

We came over to Sweden for a boxing tournament, the staff went above and beyond to help us with taxis, accommodate our needs with beds, food ect. I cant rate this hotel enough, very clean and tidy, the gym and sauna facility was brilliant, the food was lush. 5*

The pillows in the room a little to soft and it got a little noisy at the weekend with the bar downstairs but it wouldn't be a problem if we went for a holiday and not the boxing we was just all tired from the fighting.

Location was excellent, breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. lovely bar to have a quiet drink or meet friends for a chat.

Room, especially the bathroom were small in size for 2 people staying for 4 nights.

Everything (Breakfast, Room, Sauna, Personal) was fine. The Hotel is in the center of the city. Borås is is a beautiful city with many attractions. Among other things, the zoo is recommended.

The staff were super nice and the location was perfect.

The fact that there is no coffee after 10 in the morning was kinda sad. Although i know it's not on the hotel, but it was quite noisy at night with all the bars exactly under the window
