Friendly, clean, quiet, very close to the town center. Staff had the best advice of where else in town to eat out. Oh and delicious breakfast choices too. Wonderful overall!

Their own restaurant was closed during my stay unfortunately, so no lunch or dinner option on site (plenty in the area though!)

The breakfast was awesome, just what you need for a good one. There were also warm(!) crepes and eggs, I guess you can order something from the kitchen if you like. The atmosphere was great.

A squeezed orange juice would make it perfect.

Air-thin TP (sorry but this is a no-no), room view was the back of a supermarket and a parking lot, so I got all the noise from trucks unloading and large trash bins being emptied. But I guess not all rooms are like this.

The room was very cozy and clean. It was just a bit too warm but it was also a hot summerday also and we had a little fan in our room so it was ok.

It was everything ok, just a bit too warm during the night.

The room was lovely - spacious and with three windows. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of space.

Unfortunately there wasn’t any air conditioning and the temperature inside the room was around 30C. The windows only opened a little and even with the two fans provided, it was hot and stuffy. Had it been cooler weather, I’m sure this would not have been an issue. I didn’t particularly like the graffiti style graphics and swear word on the restaurant/bar wall but I did like the funky layout.

Great location, nice ameneties. Best breakfast I’ve had as a gluten free traveler. Superb service, went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable

Breakfast was as varied as you'd want it to be. Plenty of combinations. Good choice.

The pillows could have been full length.

We were a bit nervous about the size of the room and bed because there was two of us and it was said to be a small room and for one person as well. We were extremely happy to see that both the room and the bed were perfect for two. The room was clean and nice. The hotel was easy to access from the station and to the zoo. The breakfast was great and we were especially happy about the vegan options.

We were a bit surprised that there was not a chrome cast or another way to share your screen to the tv. And a small fridge/minibar would have been perfect too.

Excellent breakfast. Missed bananas and croissants would have been nice.

The water from the shower leaked onto the floor via the side of the bath. The small ‘screen’ didn’t help and the bath mat got soaked.

The bathroom always smelt of urine. Difficult to get in and out of the bath, and no privacy curtain .
