I was staying with my family as 4 members. We couldn't find easily for family room ordinarly. but they suggest the family room even though there is folding beds. i satisfied that room condition. And breakfast, Sauna, jacuzzi were perfect. additionally table tennis and some game were nice as well.

I couldn't find kettle in the room. it means there wasn't coffee or tea as well. Anyway i couldn't get the kettle from reception. And some information was there is swimming pool. but there isn't swimming pool. please don't misunderstand it.

Huge quantities of hot & cold food for breakfast of almost every description. Wide range of rolls, bread, etc. We had a room facing east and the inner courtyard/meeting rooms. No temperature controls found but room very comfortable throughout the day and night. Staff chatty and very helpful. If we ever stayed in Boras again we would probably choose the Scandi Plaza. 10 years ago we stayed in the Best Western and feel this is nicer. Husband did the Linnemarchen walks over the weekend and it's conveniently on a bus route for the exhausted walkers from the nearby arena. Lots of artwork, both paintings on buildings and sculptures. Pity there is no information booklet describing a route to find them all.

Nothing about the hotel. This is all to do with the town itself. I was disappointed that there seemed to be hardly any shops in the town. It's a University large town but we didn't see any entertainment locations and the cinema was showing very old films. We have no idea how the young socialise. Easy to get to and from the Landvetter airport by bus but very infrequent service so timing is essential.

The location of the hotel was great, staff were all very polite and helpful.

No room clean from Thursday through Monday was quite poor, we had to ask for additional towels for our bathroom. The corridor outside the lift never appeared to be cleared. Other people’s empty drink glasses were left outside our room for 2 days.

Nice basic hotel at prime location, with good breakfast and good atmosphere, possibility to underground parking and customer friendly/happy staff

Room doors tend to slam and outside street sounds can interrupt your beauty sleep. If you are a light sleeper, then ask for a room higher than on floor 1. Underground parking was under renovation, so beware of tight spaces.

Breakfast exceptional - vast selection - well-&-truly sets you up for the day. Spacious and extensive communal areas - very useful for relaxed meetings and debriefs. We were here with a team for the King Of The Ring boxing tournament in November, and have already booked for next February's Golden Girl boxing tournament. Not the cheapest, but you really do get what you pay for. We first stayed here in early 2020, but stayed at a cheaper hotel for the Golden Girl tournament earlier this year/2022. It was OK, but only "OK". As a result we were happy to pay more to return to the better facilities and nicer room at the Scandic Plaza this time.

Great location for us. Many restaurants nearby. Nice continental breakfast included. Friendly staff that helped us with special requests.

It can get quite noisy with many kids. It’s popular with families and they do that well, but if you want peace and quiet it might not be good for you if it’s a school holiday.

The breakfast is a definite highlight, with lots of delicious choices. Kids were very happy to discover face painting and playrooms during our stay. Our room was comfy and cozy, the pull-down bunk beds surprisingly solid looking and comfortable.

The only points for improvement have to do with safety for me: the bath/shower was really slippery, even though there appeared to be some anti-slip stickers of part of the surface they did not seem to do much. The (camping style foldable) baby bed was really unsafe and we stopped using it as soon as we realised that the sheets were not fitted, the mattress was not secured to the bed and could easily be removed by our enterprising 1 year old.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast very good. with many options to choose from.

Our room was close to the car roadside so they noise could be disturbing in the morning. We like to open the window cos it feels sometimes warm.

Location, friendly staff. Big area for breakfast even when a lot of people coming. No time slots for breakfast. Playground for kids inside the hotel, though it could be not so small.

No kettle or coffeemaker in the room, nor free coffee/water in the hotel except at breakfast time. Breakfast itself is “standard” for Scandic without something special.

Everything was perfect and clean the rooms were very spacious and very comfy beds. The bunk beds were great too. Breakfast was very nice.
