The room felt nice and quiet, the beds were comfortable, and they respected my request for hypoallergenic/non-down pillows since I'm allergic. They also upgraded me to a larger bed, which was lovely! The staff was helpful and kind and the parking situation was a lot easier than I expected. It's walking distance from a few restaurants and the hotel breakfast was tasty. If I go back to Falun, I'd stay there again.

The bathroom could use an update, but overall it's a comfortable and functional bathroom that has everything you need. Aside from that, there's truly nothing to complain about.

Very nice and pleasant staff, breakfast is very tasty. The hotel is located in the center, nearby are various cafes and restaurants, shops, bus stop.

The hotel room is a bit dated, the shower room was not to my liking. However, it was clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

This is a really nice little cosy hotel. Very clean, comfortable bed, silent and nicely decorated. Staff was very helpful and helped us find a better parking at lower cost. Breakfast was well stocked and good variation. Very positive experience.

An espresso coffee machine would have been the perfect addition (whilst the coffee was still very good as it was)

The hotel is very nice and beautifully designed. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the staff were all very friendly. We were particularly pleased with the opportunity to have free tea, coffee and Swedish biscuits and sometimes cake at any time. Overall a very nice stay!

The fact that there was a phone number I could call when there was no staff at the hotel — and receive help getting a new card so I could get into my room after having left my card IN my room. Sebastian was super helpful. I also love the hard, small cushions which made sitting in the bed comfortable — in my case working on my computer. (Yes, I was travelling with friends, but had some work I needed to do.)

The bun for breakfast could have been "bakery quality" rather than "supermarket quality".

We loved this hotel. It was in a central location, bus links right outside and near to the train station. The room was lovely, spacious, bright and comfortable. The included breakfast was amazing, buffet style and so much choice! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Had to shower more carefully because the shower screen was so small. Some variations in the breakfast would be even nicer for guests that stay for several days. Would be great if the coffee area was still accessible after 9pm.

Great location, all of the staff were absolutely incredible. So lovely, so accommodating, so warm and friendly! Delicious breakfast.

My room was quite chilly and it was the middle of winter, so a few degrees warmer would have made my stay perfect.

Excellent hotel at the excellent location in Falun centre. Very friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Free tea and coffee in reception area available all day. Very comfortable bed and room.
