I was there for a conference and the hotel is conveniently located between the train station and the town centre. Booking in was the easiest I have experienced and the room was fine as I would be in meetings for most of the time at the conference which was being held at the hotel. We had lunch in the hotel both days and it was very good. Its not far from Stockholm so it was easy to get there and to check out and catch my flight.

Clean and a great city centre location, the staff were very attentive and welcoming. I arrived early and was accommodated, and had to leave exceptionally early the following morning, I couldn't ask for more.

My room was at street level next to the road and was quite noisy, and had to have the curtains closed to stop people looking in

Pretty much everything was excellent. The location for us was excellent - neat to the station and near to the college where we were working.

It would be nice to have some kind of refreshment available in the room (tea, coffee) perhaps. Also, my colleague found the bed too soft, and perhaps it would be good to offer a firmer option on booking.

It was really nice, kind staff, great position, clean and really comfortable. Great that you can do checkin and checkout both in the early morning and late night. They have a luggage room to leave the luggages if needed and they also have a spa. I didn’t have time to use it but it would have been a cool opportunity, if I would have had time ☺️

It was a bit creepy that some room didn’t have windows but at least it was quiet! 🤫

One MINOR detail: toilet seat was loose. I mentioned it to various staff 3 times on 3 separate occasions, w/o any attention given to it. A bit inconvenient, but not a crisis.

Very helpful and understanding staff on reception. Welcoming, clean. Highly recommend the service.

No iron in room. I used the ironing room but it’s hassle to walk through reception with your ironed clothes Also on two occasions at 8am and 10.30, housekeeping knocked and walked into my room. If I haven’t checked out, my room isn’t ready for cleaning. There should be a lock on the door. BUT overall, it was great!

We arrived very late at night needing accomodation and an early start. The room was nice, spacious and comfortable. The staff were excellent and even though we had missed the time for ordering take-away breakfast they helped us get a bite to take with us.

At first we were given a room without windows. But the receptionist easily changed that to a very nice room. Spacious, high ceilings, located at the back of the hotel. Comfortable beds. The hotel is located right in the centre of Södertälje. Good parking facilities too behind the hotel.

Our son changed rooms due to sports teams staying at the hotel. The receptionist easily facilitated a change of rooms. I was surprised however that the teams were spread out over all of the floors. They were all over instead of all concentrated on one floor. Did not cause any further problems after our complaints. Breakfast was all right but not great.

The bed was comfy, not soft nor hard.

No AC in the bedroom (typical Swedish hotel), we had to open the balcony door at night because it was warm and it was noisy outside so couldn't sleep so well. The extra bed I got for my teenager daughter was too small, her legs were dangling outside the bed, I actually thought I was getting a room with more than 2 beds as that's what it was advertised I was paying for (a room that could fit 4 people) but we got a room for 2 people and a folding extra bed that had to be brought to our room. I wasn't pleased as that's not what I thought I was getting when I booked.

Very nice and attentive staff. Breakfast was very good. And nice cocktails in the bar! We came with our dog and we were warmly welcomed. There was an issue with a loud heater later in the evening but it was taken care of immediately. Also great value for what you pay. If we are in the area we will come again.
