The hotel looks way better in person than online. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was small, yet cozy with an amazing sky light that made all the difference. The muslim female chef, from Sri Lanka, was the one that really made this hotel worthwhile staying at. She assured us that the vegetarian foods were prepared separately and personally showed us what was okay for us to eat (halaal). It was so good that we did not miss the halaal meats. She checked up on us and made sure we were happy during our stay, she's an absolute star! The location was amazing, if I were to return to Stockholm, I'd book the same hotel, there's public transport right outside of the hotel and so many options for something to eat or to do some shopping. I wish I had known that the SL app was the best option for travelling to and from the airport, so affordable and convenient. I used a taxi (super pricey) to get to the hotel but once I was familiar with public transport, I used the SL app to get back to the airport at a fraction of the cost. An absolutely amazing stay! Hopefully I'll get an opportunity to return.

We weren't told what amenities were available for guest usage, which made it a little awkward. We had to keep on asking if we could do something; so perhaps if they could inform guests on arrival about the free coffee, sauna etc.

The breakfast had a big variety, so many different options, they gave us a free room upgrade, because we arrived earlier and our room wasn't ready. Very beautiful room decor and very clean, the shower was also very big.

The last day, when we checked out later, I paid 200kr for a late check out. Still there was a cleaning lady coming in for 5 times after that and asking when we were leaving. We hung the not disturbed card outside and she still came in and asked another time. She said in the system it said we already checked out at 10 o'clock... I think in my opinion when you pay extra, even when you are not you should not have so many disturbances like that!

Once again, I'm thrilled with BW in Stockholm! The room, though tiny, was perfectly decorated, neat and comfortable. There was absolutely nothing I needed that wasn't there. Friendly and helpful night receptionist. Free parking!!!

We checked at 1am and didn't make it down for breakfast in time. When we reached the restaurant around 10:40 svettigt was already taken away, except the bread rolls and butter which we asked if we could take some of. Would have been really nice if the staff had offered to bring us a small plate of child meat or leftover sausages or fruit, etc. There were only a couple of other people so it wasn't busy. Would also make a big difference if breakfast could be served until 11am. Shower tiles could use some scrubbing, but that's the same in every hotel in the world.

Very good hotel! Very clean and comfortable rooms! There is a small safe in the room, you set the code yourself. The hotel staff is friendly and professional! All small requests were responded to immediately. The breakfast at the hotel is wonderful and everyone can choose food according to their needs! The location of the hotel is very quiet! We spent 5 nights in this hotel and felt very comfortable! Of the minuses, there are not enough parking spaces and the rooms are cool ... The air conditioner works well, but the maximum temperature is somewhere around 20-22 degrees Celsius. But overall, everything was great! We will stay at this hotel next time we fly to Stockholm!

This hotel is located in Kungens Kurva, in a quiet location, next to IKEA, McDonald's, Cyclo shop and a Dollar store. There is a restaurant in the hotel open from monday to saturday. What I liked the most about the hotel is the Quality of the economy room, the double bed and the sofa were very comfortable, the bathroom was a nice one with a touch of elegance. What I also like the most are the staff who cleaned the rooms, I would like to use this opportunity to praise them for the good work they do. The breakfast was delicious, there were vegan jams, beetroot and ginger shots, a lot od fruits and vegetables. There was annopportunity to help oneself to swedish meatballs or fish. There was one possibility for coffee, but a variety of tea and juices. The hotel desk/reception was open 24/7. I recommend this hotel.

There is nothing I would not like.

Nice modern hotel on the inside, very comfy beds, breakfast and lunch is top quality for a really good price. Location pretty much out of the city on map, but in reality pretty close from city center.

Sauna didnt work for our whole 3 day stay :( Windows cannot be open at all, staff said due to some countrywide safety regulation, not sure if its true. It got weird when it turns out the air sucker in our bathroom does not work, and we had no choice but to open our room door so we can breathe. Staff said “we cannot help”…

New and comfortable. Had an economy room but it was enough. It had and roof window, tv with Netflix and comfy bed. Breakfast was nice and staff was very friendly. Coffee is free for hotel clients all day and on cinnamon bun day they offered free cinnamon buns- they were still warm .

Bed sheet should be bigger to fit both sides under the cover mattress, so it doesn’t come off so easily! Hope you fix this- I will come back 🤣 I wish 4 star hotel offer warm oatmeal in the morning- I didn’t ask, maybe they could have done it if ordered. For me it was little bit uncomfortable to walk all the way through restaurant to reach my room- but it was the only way as they said.

The hotel was overall excellent. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and they have 24/7 reception service. Our room was on the small side, but it is great for a couple on short stay. We also quite enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It had plenty of options, and they were really good. The hotel, although located further out from Stockholm city center, it is quite accessible through public transportation, and there are a lot of stores and malls around the area.

As I mentioned, the hotel was really good. There's nothing specific I didn't like...but just like I said, the rooms are on the smaller side, but that's not a deal breaker for us, unless you expect more comfort and intent on staying for longer periods of time.

To find a parking place was a bit problematic

Everything is Okej very nice but lite bite cold to night I will open air conditioner not work I call reception he coming and check he say so sorry we can change your room if you want I say no now late thanks and another is breakfast we are coming 08:30 to buffet everything is finish just lite left tomato and cheese plus we ask about kottbullar is pork or beef kitchen chef say is I think is mix blend meat 😆 very nice answer I think and I ask Korv he say I think is chicken kitchen don’t know what they cook !!!
